Autobarn Albany

I wanted to buy a CB radio. I had researched a few options online & Autobarn had a few on sale. When I entered the store I asked if someone could assist me with some advice. Francesco (Frank) volunteered that he was a qualified electrician & we discussed what I thought would suit my requirements. Frank is very knowledgeable & carefully explained in diagrams about antennas & their range in order to help me choose the correct one for my anticipated needs. He went out of his way to help me choose the right combination. Sometimes I think that these national retail chains do not realise what valuable assets they have in their employees who are their 'front line.' I left the store confident that my purchase, would best suit my needs. A big thank you to Frank. I will surely return.

Just want to pass on my thanks and especially to give the thumbs up to Frank for his excellent customer service this morning when he guided me through the purchase of a new solar panel and a jumpstarter unit.

He certainly knows his stuff in relation to auto electronics!!

We called Autobarn Albany to enquire about car roof pods and windscreen wipers, as we were leaving on holiday in a couple of days. Paul was super helpful and told us that they can install/replace. We popped down to take a look. Paul was terrific and offered advice and recommendations. We had no idea which product would be best and relied on the experts. The pod and windscreen wipers were installed/replaced despite them being busy in atore. They took their time to explain how it all worked. We were really grateful for Paul, Frank and Alex's expert assistance. Friendly and professional service. What an awesome team at Albany Autobarn.

Visited this store 3 times yesterday to be helped out by the lads. Franko was able to help me each time pick out what I needed and on visual inspection of my vehicle he was able to advise exactly what I needed and what to do he is very experienced in many aspects of this job I highly recommend seen these guys if you have any issues I will be coming back of coarse .

I've been to Autobarn a couple of times now and every time I've had a good experience especially when I have had Fred's advice he is very knowledgeable and can easily point you in the right direction.

I was having trouble selecting the correct item and Fred helped me find the right product, I really appreciate his help and through his customer service was fantastic.
