I have been to many KFCs and this one is very good. It has good customer service and little wait time for food. The Albany KFC is one of my favourite.

Absolutely awesome and friendly staff, was down to last $13 for week (in coins no less!) and they went above and beyond. 10/10 absolutely turned a horrible day into an epically awesome one, many thanks guys!!

Best service! On the menu, regular chips cost $3.25. What I didn't know is that the large chips were only $2. The lady at the counter happily told me this, upgrading me to the larger size, and saving me $1.25 that I used on the best frozen drink I've had in a long time; Frozen Mountain Dew. The chips were hot and tasty, and packed. If I lived in Albany, I'd quickly become obese, cause I'd be here all the time!

We all Love KFC, but I 60% love hot &Spicy, my favourite pieces is the thighs, but I could neverI forget the "upgrade" sides, Now, to try visit to try hunt for loose change, is like trying to find a "sneak-a-snack-day" and making it official. Recommended a definite, KFC rules ever since I was 6.

Had small issue at store. Manager Will sorted it out . Their chicken is some of the best we have ever had. We would definitely eat there again.
