I love this place you can have all you want but comes with a price 😅 . The garden area is beautiful you have a lot of options from flowers to vegetables. And the play area for the kids is also good you can enjoy shopping while the kids also enjoy playing

New store in a great location .
Easy to navigate and find what you are after.
Has a great little coffee shop too

Many thanks to Isaac who was on door duty this morning as I left with my trolley load. When I asked if I could borrow one of their umbrellas he kindly walked me to the car keeping me and my purcases as dry as possible in the downpour. Great customer service.

Just received some wonderful customer service from Robbie, what a helpful fellow he was!! Not only helping us find the right rug but then carried the rug for us (as we didn't have a trolley) to the till and into our car. It made an old lady VERY happy. Thanks heaps Robbie 🤛

Wow! This Bunning is massive. Lovely store, could spend hours just walking around! There is even a place to sit and have coffee and cake. Loved all the amazing indoor and outdoor plants. Nice and organized and the staff are lovely and helpful.

While I were there today I should have asked to speak to the Manager to praise the young man working at front door to answer questions etc.
I required a certain Item and he suggested where I might find it (aisle) no luck. As I were about to leave the chap spotted me and suggested I try another area as he had thought about my initial request.
Bingo, exactly what I needed, bought 2.
Excellent Customer Service young Man.
Your Manager should be proud.

I had to ring the store today in regards to a product that had died on me . Unfortunately living so far away from the store I was concerned as to how I was going to conduct a return . The wonderful staff - Megan and the store manager organized a replacement to be sent to me. I was so impressed . It's hard to find this kind of service these days . Very impressed and relieved .
