The guy went above and beyond. Even went out of his own way to message me privately when a non stocked item came to the shelves.

This wasn’t a one off, he does this time and time again. Give the man a raise

Great store with a big range. I’m glad we have more options for footwear, clothes and bags in Albany now. I even got a new pair of gloves that are very high quality at a discounted price. Thank you for opening in Albany.

Great selection of fishing lures and gear. However, primary reason for choosing anaconda over other stores in Albany is due to Ryan working there. Ryan is easily one of the most skilled and knowledgeable fishermen in WA, a great salesmen and all around top bloke. A real asset to Anaconda and a reason that I will be doing all my fishing shopping there.

Pretty much anything you need under the one roof. We visited today to buy a new tent, the staff are available if you need help but non intrusive. Prices are reasonable and the displays are well put together for a comparison. Will definitely be long term customers.

10 out of 5 stars! Special shout out to Ryan, who went above and beyond to fix a specific cable for my fridge. It broke while traveling through Albany and within no time he fixed a new cable and I was on the road again. I don’t know if Anaconda has a employee of the month/year thing, but I nominate Ryan! Thanks heaps.

Neatly laid out products and a big variety of items, except perhaps of caravan-related products. Lots of caravaners travel through Albany and would appreciate more options. And… please open on Sundays! Many travellers need things but can’t afford to stay another day waiting for you to open!

Impossible to get around the store with a pram. Boxes blocking paths, shelves too close together. Inability to take young kids into store is a deal breaker. Other than that, good store with good prices.

Having entered here on a Saturday morning, I knew it would be busy and it was. Saying hello to the young staff member at the door was too much for him to handle, just mumbling under his breath. After some looking around, not one staff member asked if I needed help. Plenty were standing around talking to each other, the same young man I greeted at the door walked past without even abit of interest in my presence. I'm just glad I didn't buy anything, as I'd be paying for his wages for service that doesn't exist in this store. Never Again!!!
