Went in to buy a new phone and found the staff just so helpful,updating my phone is always so confusing but in this case it was easy. They were friendly and lovely.The store is organized and easy to find what you are looking for even though there is a huge variety of stock in there.Great parking as well.

After having an issue with a recent purchase at Harvey Norman in Albany W.A, I returned the item on Friday afternoon and explained the situation to a sales assistant by the name of Ken who was keen to assist in a speedy resolve with my return, by Sunday afternoon the same sales assistant (Ken) was working behind the sales desk and immediately recognised me and explained he was happy to provide a replacement item.
The overall customer service was pleasant and professional and unlike other large retail stores I have encountered I believe Ken went above and beyond to assist and resolve the issue.

Friendly helpful well-informed staff. A pleasure to shop here! I was after a mattress, base and delivery and was quickly assisted in finding the perfect fit. I even managed to buy floor stock at a significant discount which was perfect as could get a much better quality mattress still within budget.

I can't fault the customer service experience I had at this store. I went in looking for a smart watch, and although they didn't have the specific one I was after, Rachel was very helpful in trying to track one down to order in from another store. Unfortunately there were none left in the state, so ultimately I did not make a purchase today. I regret that after the time and effort the staff put in I didn't spend my money here (due to the stock issue). I am very grateful to the staff (particularly Rachel) for their patience and help. I will definitely return.

Unprecedented customer service from Leanne when purchasing an AC. Her attitude, product knowledge, willingness to go that extra mile, ability to make instant decisions and her ability to help you feel like a valued customer was nearly beyond comprehension in these crazy times of very often having to deal with lazy, rude and disinterested staff.
Leanne was outstanding. A credit to her self drive, her obvious striving for excellence and - no doubt - great in store management and staff training.

I walked in & the staff were immediately on me like flies trying to sell me stuff - yuck! I hate being overwhelmed by salespeople when i walk into a shop! As time went on, i chose to ask for information and assistance. The very same salespeople who were flies at the beginning, weren't assisting other customers, refused to help me, with statements such as "not my section" even though thats the section they initially swarmed on me! I patiently waited well over 20 minutes whilst the supposed "right salesperson" talked on & on with a person about covid, footy, all sorts of silly time-wasting nonsense, with a customer who eventually walked out with nothing. He then walked off, ignoring me! i walked out in disgust! I immediately went to their competition next door, Furniture Barn, where i was treated with respect & manners. I left Furniture Barn with over a few thousand dollars in goods. Harvey Norman, teach your staff not to judge a book by its cover! As a result, I will never return to this Harvey Norman store again nor recommend it - all due to sales-staff dreadful behaviour and attitudes! I Would give 0 stars here if i could.

Bought Gorgeous decor pots from the revamped furniture section and have had brilliant service and advice from several different area's staff. Particularly the Computer/Technology Guru's! Very Happy with my new Samsung S21! 🤩

Couldn't be happier with HN Albany. I purchased a Hisense 65" TV which unfortunately exhibited a fault only a couple of days after getting it. Spoke to Dempsey who organized a swap over in my home, with freight gratis! Excellent service goes.

Went to buy a printer and that's just what I did. This black Friday sale has its plus'got it real cheap near halve price. Very helpful staff member, very knowledgeable about the printer, it was great.
