About My Sister

The staff at About My Sister are extremely kind and thoughtful! We had a wedding in town and no iron in our accommodation and they offered to steam our dresses for free. The store also sells a beautiful range of AU brands, it’s hard to leave without picking up a piece or two! A must-visit boutique in Bright.

Staff were beautiful! They helped me find a new pair of comfy jeans post baby. Lovely clothes!!

I went in with my children and we all looked like something the cat dragged in. Aspen was so gentle and patient in helping my son to find suitable shoes. She was generous with her time, energy and knowledge without so much as a hint of pressure to buy. I wanted to go back to find jeans because they stock heaps but I didn’t get a chance.

High end pricing, but friendly customer service and good range of perfumes/colognes.

unfortunately the ladies working are not very friendly or warm. both times I’ve been in the women were not welcoming or helpful.

Nice clothes at higher than the sky limit prices. To take it even lower, one of the shop keepers is rude, unwelcoming, makes customers feel uncomfortable. If you really want to buy smth from there and not ruin your mood for the day, ignore the shop keeper. Her attitude, lack of customer skills and stuck-up tone of voice do not belong in retail. My daughter was trying on a few clothes, she had been in the changing cabin for about five minutes when the shop keeper warned us “the shop closes @ 4pm!” We ended up buying a $120 dress for my daughter but not even that made the unfriendly one change her attitude. I’ll give it to her, she was consistently rude until we left the shop.
There were two assistants, the younger one was nice and could actually say hello and smile.

me and my mum went to this store looking for something nice. We got offered no help what so ever, even though everyone around us did. We didn’t find this store easy to shop at and don’t plan on coming back here.

Talk about terrible customer service!

From the moment I walked in the shop keeper watched me with her hawky eyes. I don’t know what’s so suspicious about me. I’m just a mum casually strolling through her shop and trying on her sun glasses. My son wasn’t touching anything and was quietly/tiredly sitting in his stroller. More customers came in and instead of greeting them she remained where she was so she could watch me. My 50yo old mum came in with a juice that had a lid and a straw and came to have a look at the glasses I was trying on, shop lady told her to put her drink on the counter as she could couldn’t hold the juice in her shop. Embarrassing. We were going to buy the glasses, a jumper we had seen, and possibly a pair of Birkenstocks. We walked out with nothing just to spite this awful shop keeper. 0/5 for customer service.

Nice brand selection but terrible customer service. One staff member in particular made me feel incredibly unwelcome by following me around as if I was going to steal something. A truly horrible feeling. I saw a few items that i liked and will buy them online direct from the label instead.

Very unpleasant staff. Went in looking to buy, not a single interaction or greeting was given. Felt very unwelcome.
