Fantastic range of classic and easy to wear clothing. Janeane is stylish and very helpful.

Purchased some shoes from their website. They offer a discount code if you subscribe to emails; the website says you will get a 10 percent discount but the code they email is for $10 instead. I emailed them about this but got no reply.

Their website says they ship within 1 to 2 business days but over a week later my order wasn’t sent so I emailed them, again no reply. I tried calling but their phone goes to hold music and eventually hangs up so I emailed again, no reply.

Finally received the shoes I ordered and they arrived with obvious scuff marks on the front. Their website says you need to email them to arrange a return so I did and again, no reply. Tried calling again and got the hold music again.

In the end I’ve spent $260 for shoes that didn’t get the discount I was told I would get, came late, arrived damaged and I can’t send back because my emails are being ignored and they seem to have diverted their phone to some kind of holding pattern.

If Bright were not 2.5 hours away I would drive over and ask for a refund in person.
