Was visiting for a few days with the family when I had an unexpected electrical issue that I needed sorted before heading back to Melbourne. Pretty sure the guy’s name was Daniel that I dealt with. Super easy to deal with. Helped me out on very short notice. Got the part ordered in and then sorted it on the spot. Would happily use them again if they weren’t 400km from my house. Thanks again mate.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. They were speedy, friendly and kind. Emilio and Gina both went out of their way to provide outstanding customer care. In a very traumatic situation this service was compassionate and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble and I wish them every success. If "good things happen to good people", then these people should have bucket loads of 'good things. Sincere thanks.

We broke down while holidaying here in Bright. We were a bit stuck with a trailer, kids & dogs! Emilio went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get back on the road. The service was amazing. Highly recommended and we are so grateful.

Our awning got stuck on our motorhome during our stay in Bright. Unannounced, we called in and the team had it fixed with the right tools in a few minutes. They were engaged, thought outside the square on a solution, and had us on our way in no time. Wonderful old fashion service. Knew what they were doing and finished the job. Totally recommend

The mechanic did a wonderful job! He did above and beyond checking my whole vehicle for faults during a minor service. He walked me through all changes in-depth to ensure I felt comfortable. Such reasonable costs and a really relaxing experience. Best you could hope for in a local community.

We required emergency repairs to a fan belt and after sourcing a replacement at Ovens Valley Parts we contacted every mechanic in Bright and only Alpine Auto Repairs was willing to squeeze us into their already busy schedule. Our Jeep Grand Cherokees water pump failed on a Sunday. Emilio ordered parts Monday morning and had us back on the road by 4pm Tuesday. Great effort and thanks for getting us sorted. Thanks to everyone at Alpine Auto Repairs and Towing.

Thanks so much to Emilio, Daniel and Gina for your help in replacing the clutch in our car. We were on holidays in Bright and they went out of their way to get us home again. Couldn’t recommend their services more highly.

Our car broke down on New Year's day in Porepunkah, and our roadside assistance sent us Emilio, and we couldn't have been happier with it. He ordered the spare part the next day and fixed it immediately in the face of the biggest bushfire threat to give us the chance to leave in time and everything for a very reasonable price. We hope he will stay save and things won't get too bad for him and the whole community.

We were staying in Bright and rented a Jucy van to get us to and from Mt Hotham and Falls Creek each day. One afternoon our hired van had some engine problems, leaving us without transport.
Emilio fit us in the next day. He dropped me back to our holiday house after I brought it in, and delivered it back to our driveway that afternoon.
Absolutely fantastic service, and because he squeezed us into his already busy day, we were able to continue on our holiday schedule the next morning.

Our car started making a weird noise after we took off our snow chains when coming down from Falls Creek. We were able to make it back to our place in Bright, but were very concerned about driving the car all the way back to Melbourne the next day. We called Alpine and Emilio made an afterhours visit to us and fixed it on the spot. Thank you so much for the great service!

Developed a fuel pump leak in our merc w124 Emilio and Dan took us in very next morn and had wrapped it up in no time at all. Awesome job and customer service guys thank you very much. We know where to call when next in this area if we have car issues.

Emilio and the guys at Alpine Motors were great. They towed me down the mountain at a fraction of the cost of other towing services and were able to get my car running and back on the road for a safe journey home. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank Emilio enough! We were stuck on top of Mt Hotham with a puncture and no proper spare tire to drive off the mountain. Emilio was super friendly and so helpful. He fixed the puncture in no time and even called an hour later to check we got off the mountain okay. A big thank you again.

Stuck up on Mount Hotham for 2 nights waiting for NRMA to find a tow truck willing to tow our motorhome down off the mountain.
Emilio was efficient and friendly.
He was also willing to repair the water pump, while others were too busy so not interested.
