Alpenhorn Holiday Apartments

Apartment was super clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The view is breathtaking and just a one minute drive to Mt Beauty. We were lucky enough to see a wicked storm from the balcony over the hills. Perfect location for visiting the area and surrounding towns. Owners were very pleasant and helpful. Alpenhorn would be our desired place to stay upon returning to mount Beauty.

Really comfortable accommodation! The owners were really great and helped me change my dates due to incorrectly booking the wrong dates. They accommodated a really late checkin as well. My group were up for a weekend Falls Creek trip and the drying room really helped too due to bad weather on the mountain. Will definitely be back here again, views of the mountains were fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alpenhorn to anyone.

The Alpenhorn units really are a special place to stay. We have been coming for 20 years and never tire of the stupendous view of Mount Bogong from the living room and balcony outside. The barbecue and lawn area and the swimming pool are immaculately maintained, and the units are fresh, airy, and comfortable, with everything you need in the kitchen to cook a proper meal. I’ve enjoyed buying eggs and vegetables from the little cart across the road, where the farmer sells the overflow from his garden. Nick and Annick, who run the place, have deep local knowledge about walking and bike trails and things to do. And eat.

We enjoyed our stay, clean & plenty of space & storage. Beautiful views, nice restaurant across the road, great friendly service. Host gave us plenty of info on things to do, weather & we were impressed by the hospitality & stayed an extra day more than planned. Would be lovely any time of year.

4th attempt to visit here due to fires & Covid etc, and loved it.
Great accommodation for families in an idyllic spot. Handy for biking, walking, horse riding. Close to town, but just enough away to enjoy the peace & tranquility.
The owners are great, really helpful & friendly, with good insights into the local area.
We’ll definitely be returning soon 👍

Very nice stay. Well equipped apartment. Owner said that the next project is to add an aircon but with such good air we didn’t even need it. Owners were also also nice to us and lent a helmet for our son when discovered we forgot one and were always happy to help with anything asked.

We stayed at the 'Cope' suite, The place was absolutely spotless, was warm when we arrived and until we left. There's a laundry on the property which is nice and we were a five minute drive from the shuttle bus to Falls Creek, throw in a jar of coffee at the front desk. I've never experienced such genuine Hospitality, 5 stars EASILY

We visited as a group to explore the surrounding cycling trails over a couple of weeks. Annick & Nick are simply awesome hosts, they really took care of us, showed us around and even led us on a few rides in the highlands. The rooms are spotless and tastefully appointed, the kitchens have every utensil you could think of, even things like cling wrap etc, all we had to buy was groceries. The laundry, bbq and pool amenities are fastidiously maintained. In short, great value and highly recommended – we can’t wait to get back 😊

Great location, friendly and helpful owners, cosy ski lodge feel with very clean rooms. modern bathrooms. highly recommended, especially for skiing and biking.
