To the team at Crispy’s Hardware on Sat 25th Nov. You are the best !!!! Where do you go when a mates 27yr old motorbike breaks a part ??? You go the Crispy’s … they supplied tools and bits and pieces are we brought some bits and bobs and they allowed us to use their undercover timber yard to make the repairs and even stayed open an extra 30 mins to give us time. You guys and gals are the best !!! A sensational friendly time very helpful team.

Stopped by the shop after a motorcycle trip from wangaratta as my exhaust had come loose and was leaking. I just needed to tighten a bolt. I explained the issue and asked where their tool section was...ended up the lovely young lady grabbed a box of sockets and spanners from under the counter and came out to fix it with me! Absolutely awesome country service... Thank you

Come to bright every now and then for a break with the family, but if I need anything hardware go here, very freindly owners and staff, and do carry a lot of gear, no worries from me..

Visited first thing Sunday morning looking for socket set to change spark plug... they had a variety and went out of their way to help me fix my car! Even went outside and tested the tools! Very helpful guy and girl offering the best service I've had on years! Thank you

Great little store. They have just increased the range of things available including a great selection of pet products. A great selection of blow up devices for floating down the river.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this store not only stocked everything that I needed but also had some items that I had not been able to find in some of the larger stores in the bigger centres! Very well done!
On top of that the staff were very friendly and helpful and actually saved me some money with the advice that they offered. (If the boss doesn't lie that idea he should take heart in the fact that I will definitely return for my next shopping expedition!)
This store could certainly teach some of the (so called) competition how things should be done!

Sometimes we forget how good service can be. These guys knocked it out the park and bent over backwards to help. Five stars on the fridge for you guys. And thanks

The people are nicw with good customer service, prices however seemed a little bit high which is definitely understandable considering COVID19 situation.

For smaller country hardware store they are no short on stock and so so friendly and happy to help! If I lived closer I’d go here for everything
