Ritchies SUPA IGA Bright

This is a supermarket after all. But always well stocked and has lines you wouldn’t expect. A great deli and wine shop to boot. Always the same friendly country service - awesome!

Sweet little supermarket everything you need. Great staff.

Easy to get around, great range of products and friendly service. Decent fruit and veg and a bottle shop next door ! Park at the rear for easy access or out front. Have always found what we wanted and has long opening hours as well. Prefer to shop here and support local rather than big brands supermarket chains.

Upon my return to South Australia, after visiting Bright, I noticed that I was given the wrong box of wine. An honest mistake. I just thought I let Ritchies Bright know, not expecting to hear back, as it has become the norm these days. To my surprise, Lachlan called me the next day and instantly refunded my money with an offer of free replacement when we visit Bright again. Good old fashion service other retailers should aspire to. Thanks Ritchies!

I couldn't believe how well organised and beautifully presented the sauce section is, I've been to many supermarkets in my time but the bright IGA sauce section takes the cake, the customer service is always spectacular and I always leave feeling well looked after! If your ever in bright I highly recommend going to IGA over the Woolworths

Very good IGA with lots of options, have always been able to find everything I've needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of good options, plus there's a bottle-o as well. What kore could you need?

The sauce section is absolutely unreal and everytime I come in it looks amazing. Whoever is managing that section deserves a raise. Never come across a more beautiful sauce section. 5 stars from me

I had the pleasure of visiting IGA today to buy some tomato sauce, and could not believe how neatly organised and aesthetically pleasing the sauce section was. I am in awe! Most supermarkets have an absolute dog's breakfast of a sauce section, with mayonnaise stacked willy nilly, and sometimes even salsa! 🤮🤮 But not this IGA. Their sauce section game is strong. Well done to the young people keeping the love of sauce alive in this old duck's heart. You've made me believe in miracles once again.

Came in to get my supplies for a Sunday night (wine and cheese) and was delightly not only in the fantastic range of local wines and local cheese but also in the 2 girls working that were friendly, funny and available to talk about local information. Invaluble staff you have there. Well done

The deli worker was fabulous she was so very helpful and organised for a pork roast to be ready for pick-up at 5:30. Thank you excellent service

Friendly local staff who are always ready to help, good product range and great fresh produce! Also we really like the Ritchies meat, which comes fresh daily from the in house butcher at their Yarrawonga store. Bottle shop has an extensive range of local products too. Most importantly shopping here supports the local community as not only do they employ locals but Ritchies donates a portion of sales back to the community every month (sports teams, schools etc).

Our son and his family could finally take a holiday out of the Melbourne lockdown.
We contacted IGA Bright to organise a welcome package to be made up on our behalf for
our sons family as a surprise. We were overwhelmed with the courtesy, kindness and effort that Julie provided. We cannot thank them enough.

Shout to the Produce team ~ The best watermelon I've ever had.

Always friendly staff and fully stocked shelves.. being a long weekend the shop was quite busy.
