Great service - I ordered a Bookarc for the new Macbook pro and the problem was none of the stores could tell me if it would fit the Macbook pro with touch bar. Not only did Try and Byte tell me it fitted, but I placed the order during the Christmas holiday period at 10 in the morning and the next day I get a call that it will be hand delivered at 15:00. Even the lady that hand delivered mentioned it to me again that it supports Macbook pro with touch bar. Great service guys keep it up

Highly recommended their services and product. they have some really well-known brands. Recently ordered the Caldigit TS4 docking station, I was waiting it to be restocked at Caldigit website, take so long and instant sold out. and I found out that Try & Byte also has it list as pre-order and ETA shipping date is 4th Sep, so I reached out to the customer services online and wondering if the shipping date is still solid and they confirmed that they have already have the shipment coming their way, so the 4th is looking promising, so I placed the order and they actually shipped it next day, and received it today!!! packaging is super secured, they have done everything they could to make sure it wont get damaged during shipping.

I recently purchased a CalDigit TS3 Plus from Try and Byte. I say this with complete and total honesty, it was the absolute, hands down, best customer service experience I have ever had, anywhere - online or in person! Venette proactively kept me up to date as to where my order was up to at all times, everything from the slight Covid-19 related delay unloading the boxes containing my order at the airport to notifying me when the courier had dropped my order at my door. Just incredible service, like I have never had before - I really felt like they understood how important my order was to me, as if they were their own. To make things even better, their price on the TS3 Plus is the best available that I could find anywhere, delivery was super fast too, literally overnight, interstate! I cannot recommend Try and Byte highly enough, thanks so much for your fantastic service - keep up the good work!

I bought a Sena Vettra leather iPad pro from Try & Byte. It's not an inexpensive cover, at $90 or so, and when it developed a factory fault on one corner they replaced it with absolutely no quibble. They have fantastic after sales service, they back their products, and I would recommend buying from them. I would like to call out Venette Choi for great customer service.
