Sounds Easy

Ordered some accessories through Sound Easy online for the first time and i am extremely happy. Items were dispatched immediately and tracking number was provided. I had the items delivered in Melbourne within a few days. Could not be happier 😊 Everything was reasonably priced as well and lower than competitors.

First time buyer, item arrived so fast I barely had time to put my pants on. Luckily I did though, otherwise it may have been awkward for me and the courier. New amp modeller has failed to make me sound exactly like Tim Henson from Polyphia, however I'm beginning to suspect the issue is me and not my equipment. I will continue to practice for 40 hours every day and see if this helps. Sounds, easy.

I mistakenly ordered an item which was unsuitable for the intended purposes and spoke to Nick on the phone, who was very swift in cancelling the order without any stress or issues.

Absolutely brilliant. I've been very lucky with these guys, managed to snag a few very good bargains. When all the major retailers have a sale they're often just that bit cheaper. I luckily haven't had to deal with customer service, but Im willing to bet they'd be excellent.

I made an initial purchase for some PreSonus studio monitors. After finding out the monitors were not suitable I contacted Sounds Easy the following day and they gladly let me change the order to something else and looked after me on price. Would deal again with them for sure 😃

Shipped my products promptly (to WA). Very impressed with their courier service who specialise in fragile goods. They contacted me to organise a day for delivery and let me know on the day when they were on their way. Nice to know our purchases are handled with great care by a company who have excellent communication with their customers.

Excellent experience with highly competitive prices and a complete collection. I also really liked the website layout, easy to understand and navigate. Shipped and arrived quickly and on time.

However there is one thing, please stop partnering and using Star Track's services. I have read even their express delivery is a nightmare amongst a legion of complaints over the years that never materialized into anything.

They got to my area promptly but was so rude that i just ended up wasting a whole day dealing with them and got nothing, when i had gotten a day off just to wait around for them that day. When i went to bed late that evening the item was about was tracked 7 hours away in Minchinbury NSW (i'm in Wollongong) to which i admittedly let my guard down, and set to get up at 10am as i expected a delivery in later in the morning and mid afternoon.

They updated at 8:30am that it was on its way and left a note at 9:50am leaving me less than a couple of hours notice, no text, no email, no in app notification and certainly no call and not even a knock on the door. I have read reviews where they they get caught in CCTV dropping a note on your mailbox straight away. I was surprised by the 9:50am delivery, but i was up around this time. And i called them basically at 10am and even went to their depot at 1pm and 4:25pm when they close and still couldn't get my delivery!

If you are going to continue working with them. I spoke to them a couple of times on the phone and in person. It seems they really really want to leave the item on the front door but they can't do so without permission and the release of responsibility. Reading between the lines, it seems like my experience could be predicted by both the customer service on the phone and on site and the only compromise is this authorization to leave the hundreds of dollars of delivery accessible in public. If i had work that day and tried to pick up later in the day it would had not been possible. Soundeasy should at least leave this as an option.

Terrific first time experience buying from these guys. Great price on a quality product, helpful support over the phone, and the delivery time was unbelievably quick - exactly 24hrs from ordering to my front door in regional NSW. Was in shock when it arrived at the front door. Will certainly be adding these guys to the short list when the GAS strikes again. Very impressive operation.

Got my RODE NT1 kit from this store and the order up to delivery was so smooth. I received it in 2 business days and the items were all in good condition. Their online customer service was extremely responsive - even at 10pm at night. Plus, price point is such a steal! Planning to get most of my gear from here on out. Cheers.

The gear range and customer service at this store is the best in Sydney, period. Not to mention their website's functionality compared to other music stores - for some reason, most music shops' websites suck, not Sounds Easy's!

Super fast delivery and great support over the phone. I found the website online while looking for audio equipment in the neighbourhood and yet to visit the shop itself due to pandemic. Despite, their website shopping experience, the quality of packaging in deliveries and promptness for answering the phone helps very much during shopping online. I'd highly recommend them for anyone after their products of services.
