First time customer and so impressed by the range of beers that you stock.German,Belgian and English are my favourites.I was looking for Hoegaardeen for over a year and was finally able to quench my thirst during this heat.You were the only place I managed to find it.I placed my order and received it within 2 days.Very impressed and enjoying my beers.Thank you so much.Cheers.

Have long enjoyed Beer Cartel advent calendars.

Recently made a special order of some Westvleteren 12s, which Aus Post disappointingly made a big mess of.

What wasn't disappointing though, was the level of contact, follow-up and genuine support from the team at Beer Cartel, Marc in the warehouse team particularly.

I will continue to be a customer for years to come and would highly recommend them to all beer lovers out there.

If looking for something different in beers this is the place to order from. Always have an excellent range & I have never been disappointed with my selections. Easy to contact & actually speak with staff. Highly recommend them of all your different beers.

Bought this for my brother in law's 60th birthday & he was stoked. Don't know if he's had any of the beers yet but I think he'll be happy trying them all. Great packaging presentation also!

Great service. Never had a problem with these guys. Their range is excellent and they were very accommodating when ordering multiple items. A great range of glassware as well. I love how they support the independent brewers and even stock a good range of international beers. Best of all living proof of an independent success story.

One of the best liquor stores in Sydney id say! Massive selection, always very friendly and helpful staff. Beer is always fresh. Advent calenders are definitely worth the money!

Great customer service. Somehow, I was able to order a product on-line but it was out-of-stock. The team responded and contacted me straight away and resolved the issue. OK, caused a small delay in getting my beer but it was handled great and professional.

Items were posted the day I ordered and arrived promptly to my NSW address. Very reasonably priced for delivery of 24+ beers, all of which were delicious.

The place is fantastic. If you are a real beer lover and you want to get amazing craft beers & great staff recommendations according to what you like, try beer cartel. Heaps of choices, very handy web site where you can read the description of each beer with ratings. According to what you buy, you can see what other buyers bought. On site, they have tastings every weeks to make you discover new beers. I'm glad I found it!

Extremely happy with the high level of service provided. There was a slight issue with my order on delivery and the business rectified it within a couple of days. Would highly recommend them based on their superb customer service and wide range of craft beers.

A great selection of craft beers at reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic staff. The 25 day Advent Calendar is just a great experience! It’s well worth the effort to find the store at Artarmon but, of course, you can buy it online.
