The Good Guys Artarmon

Ian provided very good service im assisting us to buy our fridge. He price matched our fridge and arranged for a quick delivery. Very happy we chose to buy from Goodguys and for Ian’s help. We will be back!

We bought a Samsung OLED TV from The Good Guys in Artarmon during the 2023 Black Friday sales period. Unfortunately, once the TV was delivered to our home we discovered that the TV was overly bright and had hyper-saturated colours (particularly the reds). This seems to be a hallmark of Samsung OLED TVs yet this wasn't immediately obvious in the bright showroom. There wasn't much we could do in the settings to control this without muddying the picture quality. Considering we had spent quite a lot of money on this purchase, we had considerable anxiety about this issue and prepared for probable outcome where we would just have to learn to live with the issue which meant watching movies with every light on in our home to reduce the contrast — not exactly our idea of a cosy movie night! We did contact The Good Guys about this and was fortunate to be put through to Lachlan who was the sales rep who organised the purchase for us. He was extremely helpful and polite and did everything he could to solve our problem. We now have an equivalent Sony Bravia OLED in our home and couldn't be happier. We will definitely purchase at The Good Guys Artarmon again in the future. Thank you!

I received over and above service when buying a washing machine from Philip and Lachie from Good Guys Artarmon. There was an issue with the installation and they went out of their way to help and to fix it so quickly. I was so grateful for their exemplary service, empathy and kindness. They stood out to me as outstanding employees who were living up the the name "Good Guys." Thank you so much.

We are really happy with our new Breville Brista Pro!! Geoff served us today, and was a genuine champion. Excellent, friendly and funny service. He made our day by providing a small discount on our machine and we had a good laugh with him. The store generally was well stocked and numerous staff checked to see if we needed help, but didn’t do that annoying lingering thing when we said we were just browsing. I strongly recommend this shop. I want to share with people that i had experience with the staffs from The good guys Artamon. I really appreciate their fantastic service. I am very touched with their professional attitude. I really want to let management to recognise Sales person, Philip admin staffs, specially Shikha and warehouse staff,Jamie. We bought a LG fridge from the Good Guys in Artarmon branch and the whole process could not have gone better!! We were assisted by two gentlemen named Avi and Geoff. We got the best price! Next day delivery within the agreed time frame. Highly recommended!

I went to Good Guys to buy new appliances for my new house and the worker, Sohail, greeted my straight away and was there to find exactly what I need. I was very indecisive and hadn’t made my mind on anything but he walked me through each product in detail. Ended up with great deals and great smile from his excellent service. Would definitely rate it one of my best purchasing experiences.

Great help from Bilal who went above and beyond to make our purchase as smooth as possible with care and expert advice.

They were truly the good guys for me especially their salesman Ghulam-Nabi. Bought everything needed for the new home and got the best prices. I took the quote to Harvey Norman and they were literally shocked to see the prices and offered that the best they can offer is to match these prices but cannot beat them so I went ahead with Good Guys.
Had some issues with the delivery but I understand that is independently managed by Toll and I think Toll should teach their delivery drivers basic customer service and kindness.

I purchased a fitbit from good guys and had problems within 6 months. They replaced it no problem, the young lady that served me was very helpful and polite, taking away any worries
