The shop is well setup with a wide range of tiles, the lady is helpful. We had a very good experience 👍🏾.

Came in looking for a single tile as i have a cracked one to match, hard to find tile. The manager gave me a non sellable tile to take as it had a very small chip in the corner and i was going to get it cut to size. Just handed it over and said off you go, service u dont see with stores anymore. Thank you so much again, lifesavers.

We bought a box of tiles from Tile City Ipswich 23/1. Had the most helpful and delightful young lady serve us. Thank you for looking after us. Unfortunately, we got home and opened the box and some tiles were broken.
How wonderful they just gave us 2 extra tiles.

Sarah at the Ipswich Store is incredible. She is sooo patient whether you are buying a lot of tiles or a small amount - her attention to you is exactly the same. She has helped me on a couple of different occasions and I am always so impressed with her customer service, as well as her eye for putting together what you need for your room. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The bonus is that the price is also pretty good. :) Thanks Sarah for all your help so far!

Great service. Patient , helpful staff. I went yesterday to pick some subway tiles. They had multiple samples to look at and had everything in stock . I got my laundry done the next day :) they didn't hace the specific grout I wanted but helped me source it from somewhere else, very helpful. Will come back for next job :)

Bought my floor tiles from here in December. Would have bought my wall tiles if I hadn't already been somewhere else'. Very reasonable prices and a great range too. Fantastic that they opened right up to Christmas. Both staff were helpful without being pushy.
