Pet City Balcatta

Pet City really helpful we were looking for budge but apparently there a sell out everywhere but instead we got this really nice orange canary lovely little bird 🐦 sings pretty nice tune as well, the bird 🐦 is gift to my children and there so happy, I think Pet City Balcatta stock pretty much everything. Plenty of parking at front also wheelchair accessible.

Went in to pick up a cat collar. Staff was very friendly and even showed me how to work the engraving machine.

Come regularly to wash Kaya, the dog in the attached picture, she loves the warm hydro bath facility. She is deaf and is generally afraid of water yet as you can see from the picture she is absolutely loving her bath! Every time we come here Kaya insists to checkout the baby chooks and rabbits. Every time without fail this naughty Dog will try and sample extra dog treats! Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Love this family owned and operated business. Free DIY dog is always a hit, especially after a trip to the beach. Great range of toys, food, treats and accessories, and not over priced. Lovely customer service every time I'm there.

Great service, great staff, though Some their pet rats seem to have respiratory diseases or infections.

We bought a rat and she died overnight, BUT the staff were really good and offered us another rat free of charge as my young daughter was absolutely distraught.

10/10 would go again

When I park up at this store my dog gets excited! She knows she is about to get a nice warm bath (free inside the store for members) and go home with a treat! Great idea to have complimentary free bath service for dogs within the store. Staff have always been friendly

I visit here regularly for dog food and fish supplies and I am never disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and always remember my dogs name! They have a wide selection of fish and they always look to be healthy. Will always buy my fighting fish from here as they are the healthiest I have seen around. Highly recommend if you want good old fashion service and quality products

Always a nice welcome as you walk in the door, followed by good service at the Balcatta store. Great range of products, neat store, well laid out and very reasonable prices. Always a prompt follow call up on item not in store. A good experience every time.

Great store! They stock my pups favourite treats, and the free DIY dog wash is awesome. A swim at the lake followed by treats and a bath at Pet City makes for a great day with the pups

Wonderful place full of cheerful cherubs and happy animals. Very friendly and informative staff especially the manager ;) Would highly recommend this store to all the people of Perth! They all deserve a pay rise!! Only issue is they don't do a sausage sizzle!!!!!

Pet city is the best.
Our dogs love coming into the store and choosing their favourite treats, food or toys.
And the occasional DIY bath.
