Nutrition Warehouse Balcatta

Lovely young lady served me, I wish I had got her name. Went in to get some pre workout stuff for my daughter’s boyfriend. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, even gave me some other samples. I have no idea about protein powders etc, some places make you feel stupid or ignore you unless you look like you work out…not here, very welcoming! I will certainly be back :)

Well stocked store, with a lot of ranges. The staff were friendly and offered help but didn’t follow me around or try to up sell me.
The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable and really friendly.
I was worried I’d be misled to spending money being an obvious newbie to fitness but she seemed as excited for me to start my journey as I am and very willing to share some friendly advice on the items I got.

Walked in first time to this place in balcatta, guy named Stefan* extremely helpful guy, told me about signing up and receiving a free shaker and $10 voucher, pretty new to supps and the dude gave me a few samples on what he recommends, even looked after my mate that was with me who is a usual customer and didn't want to leave him out so gave him some samples too, definitely returning and telling others about it.

I've been to the Balcatta store twice now and have found the staff friendly and completely professional, always answering my million questions and always making my presents feel wanted and welcome! Very unlike 3 or 4 other stores around the area who gave me the feeling they couldn't be bothered with an amateur! To the staff at Nutrition Warehouse, Balcatta, Thanks for your knowledge and support (sorry, I'm terrible with names!) There's no other store I'll spend my hard earned money in thats for sure!
