Although we visited late on a Sunday afternoon, staff were available, knowledgeable and helpful. The range of items was very good and well presented, and the discounted prices were very welcome.

Such helpful staff here. I can’t believe the improvement in my little dog’s health since changing to food from city farmers. I have an allergy dog but she is so calm now it’s an astonishing result. So happy about that.

The guys are the best there i walked in a bit late to pick up click and collect but they were nice enough to get some fish quickly before they closed it was no stress and told them dont worry but they were champs and went through and got them fast for us

Super lovely staff! Two people served me and my partner! I didn't get their names but the person who served me first got the cat tree from the back and was super lovely about it! The other person who served my partner gave us little bags with free samples for our kitty and dog. I wish I got their names but the first person had long back hair and the other person had brunette-ish hair. Made our day with free treaties for our animals :) 14/12/22 around 3:30 :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our Puppy is growing and needed a new collar and harness. The sad thing was, she was scared of the old harness, but seems very happy with the new harness, which is easier to put on and obviously fits more comfortably. The staff worked competently with both us and our dog.

Best place for our chickens, dog and cats. Was pleasantly surprised I was able to return expensive dog food after our dog unfortunately died, the bags were already opened, but that was not an issue. Very helpful with bringing heavy products to the car.

A very friendly and helpful pet supply store. I'm always greeted with a smile as I enter. They have a good range to accommodate the myriad of critters we have gallivanting around. My old dogo loves the visit too as she gets a treat to choose via a sniff as we get to the checkouts. Kinda like the sweeties you get at supermarket checkouts but for your puppa.
