Great place to view and get up close to wildlife. While it is an open, there are shelters and some part of the pathway have shades. Do put on your sunscreen and hats.

There is an section where the Kangaroo roam around in the same area as visitors. These Kangaroos are smaller in size but some still bigger than my two toddlers.

The photo shoots with koalas are part of the tickets but there is an additional charge of $35 for carrying the koalas. So we opt for the "free" version. The kids manage to touch the koala who is sleeping. There are fix timings for taking photos and there are a few koalas booths (3 when I was there).

The shows are nicely scheduled such that you can hop to next show without waiting. We started with meeting the Wombat which is much deeper inside. It will be more efficient if we start with the 1st show near the entrance.

The only disappointment is the lack of nice magnets of Caversham wildlife park to choose for souvenir. The designs are very limited and simple.

Our visit to was an unforgettable experience. Koala and kangaroo was the highlight of the day, and it’s something we’ll cherish forever. The park itself was well-maintained, and the staff were knowledgeable and passionate about the animals.

Caversham offers an opportunity to get up close and personal with Australia’s unique wildlife. Truly exceptional. It’s a must-visit for anyone who wants to connect with nature and experience the wonder of Australian wildlife.

Had an amazing day at the park. All the animals are well cared for and the staff are happy to share their knowledge if asked.
Molly's farm is well worth a visit. Seeing a sheep sheared with explanations of how and why was great.
We were able to walk among the wallabies and kangaroos. Was good to see they had an area they could go to away from public interaction should they wish.
A very well thought out park and well worth a visit.

We LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT! A truly amazing Wildlife Park. All animal lovers and children will enjoy it. You can pat and feed kangaroos, go to a farm show, take a picture with wombat and koala, and touch some other animals like lizards and python. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s better to come by car because the place is not very reachable via public transportation.

Despite the park was quite small, we had a great time there as there were a lot of chances to interact with the animals. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable that we have all our questions concerning the animals answered.

The kangaroos are all rather full in the afternoon. Recommend to go in the morning if kangaroo feeding is the key activity.

Always great to visit with overseas visitors.
Best to plan a day under 30 degrees.
It can be very hot in some areas with no air flow.
It would be nice to have fresh water drinking fountains. Only machines to purchase water.
Was disappointing to see this visit though, Ducks, Pelicans and Swans no water in Pond. Very sad.
Only book in advance if you wish to take a photo with Koala @ $35. Entry is free to see Koalas. Park entry at present $34 ea per Adult.

I really enjoyed my visit to Caversham Park. Their timetable is scheduled so well you can basically see everything by moving with their show time. Photo ops with koala is super popular but there were 5 koalas available at the same time so the wait is not that long.

Super love this place! The staff is nice, friendly, relentless explaining the animals details with many smiles on their faces. The park really maintained it in a good wild life way and people get to see the animal with close up without glasses, it's a very good experience for watching the animal. Roam free kangaroo for people to pet, koala photo taken by free

Our visit to Caversham Wildlife Park was an unforgettable experience. Hugging a koala was the highlight of the day, and it’s something we’ll cherish forever. The park itself was well-maintained, and the staff were knowledgeable and passionate about the animals.

Hugging the koala was a dream come true. These gentle creatures are even more endearing up close, and the experience was made even better by the informative staff who shared fascinating insights about their behavior and conservation efforts.

Caversham Wildlife Park offers an opportunity to get up close and personal with Australia’s unique wildlife, and the chance to hug a koala made the visit truly exceptional. It’s a must-visit for anyone who wants to connect with nature and experience the wonder of Australian wildlife.

Ace day during the school holidays visiting the animals at Caversham Wildlife Park. Plenty to see and the farm animals are great to interact with and getting up close with a wombat and olive python were highlights for us.
A different experience to other parks and we really enjoyed it. There's a giftshop, toilets, plenty of signs and shaded areas with seats. Appears to be wheelchair friendly throughout.

Super wonderful place to interact with lovely koala, kangaroo, wallaby, wombat, kookaburra and many farm animals. It is recommended to plan a one-day trip in the park to ensure sufficient time for all the activities. The only thing is that the place is away from downtown perth, and it would be much more convenient to take a taxi/didi or to drive there.

Caversham Wildlife Park is a great place to learn about Australian wildlife and see some of the country's most iconic animals. It is also a fun place to spend a day with the family.
A must place to visit and experience

Good diversity of wildlife across Australia represented here, well organised and plenty of tree cover. You can take photos with wombats and koalas which is great for kids and tourists. Would've been nice if some animals e.g. the camel could be within arms reach like the other farm animals

Highly recommend this lovely park. Super friendly and educated stuff, loved the farm show! In the price included you can also touch a Wombat, Koala and Snake and make pictures with them. Even food for the kangaroo is available for free.

A fun filled location for the family. Simply amazing. Facilities are clean and the exhibits are well planned. Timings for all shows and meets are well thought out and we are grateful for the additional shows put up during this school holiday. Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will be very happy to return when my second kid is older.

The Caversham wildlife park I thought was terrific. Great space in the place walkways and the interaction permitted with the animals. My first time after living in Perth 17 years and bringing my kid of four year old. Very entertaining. Interactive fun and welcoming. We will be back very soon

I've visited this place 3 times already but every time my friend from overseas asked me for a place to visit to see wildlife I always recommended this place. I love how all the animals here are well looked after, and the place is very clean and welcoming, especially if you're coming here with a family or children. My 45-minute drive was worth it. So many friendly kangaroos . I love how soany cute Australian wildlife are such a cutie. I just love them all.
