I find that there staff is more than happy to answer any question. The staff in the garden section can help you pick the plant you want and how to look after the plant too. I like how they get solar powered Christmas lights.

I've been a few times regarding my sprinkler system and Isabella has always been so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. So nice when she's there. Thankyou Isabella for making my life easier

A mid-large sized Bunnings store, but has everything. Good tradie access to yard and trailer parking. Plenty of parking even at busy times. Friendly, helpful staff. Been shopping there since 1998.

I normally shop at Bunnings Joondalup and enjoyed my experience at Bunnings Balcatta. The store was quite large, full of shoppers and the layout was a bit different. My friend had a cup of coffee which she enjoyed.

We looked at the plants and found lovely ground covers that can tolerate the sun. My current ground covers are dying in our hot summer days.

After adding a compost bin to my purchases, and adding in more plants I had to use 2 trollies for my purchases. I enjoyed my experience and am keen to go back and get more heat tolerant ground covers. The variety of colours were very vibrant.

The amount of $ we spend here !!! One stop shop for everything albeit some stuff are more helpful than others

Purchased 2 toilets through Josh (in plumbing), who helped me find a new toilet that would fit the same footprint as my old ones. Next, I organised installation with Jasmine. She was so friendly and helpful, and talked me through the online process. Top service, Bunnings!

Was accused of stealing by a rude woman in the plant section tonight who overheard an out of context conversation and instantly assumed the worst. However i appreciate her apology and the young man with her was very kind and reasonable. most other staff were very helpful and greeted us warmly.

It is a really nice store with very friendly staff.

I was going to purchase the poly sheet and I need 4 pieces of exactly 1.2m length. Bunnings does have 2.4m length sheet but has to be cut into half. However, the shop doesn’t offer the cut except wood. So I went to the tool section to ask for help. The star staff Mr Stuart helped us to cut them off (although it’s out of his duty). Thank you so much for the help!!!
