Great layout, friendly staff and competitively priced.
Was able to find exactly what I needed, prices were clearly displayed, and I had a very friendly chat with Jess at the counter while being served.

I love this little BWS in a little old building! It is always well stocked and clean! Each time I go in, Nerida is usually working and always very helpful and friendly! I am happy to go out of my way to go to this BWS instead of other battleships closer to home!

Unbelievably helpful...highly recommend. Rushed in there on Thursday night 20 mins before they closed at 9pm as I was running late and needed to get in and out quick. I have only ever been in there once before so I had no idea where anything was but I knew the 4 things I needed. As soon as I walked through the door, a lovely young guy walked out of the coolroom and asked how I was and asked if he could be of any assistance to me. I said yes that would be great and I told him the 4 things I needed. He went and grabbed all 4 things for me super quickly and took them to the checkout for me to be rung up. I don't think I ever been in and out of a place so quickly. I will definitely return if I'm going to get service like that.

Parking can be difficult but service from staff is exceptional - the whole of Woollies staff in Unanderra are exceptional !
