The “rat trap” is useless. Its small, flimsy and rusts within days even with no rain. I contacted Pet and Farm and they replied with a sarcastic message. I then tried to follow up over and over again for more information and possibly a refund. Ended up packaging the trap back up, waiting for them to send a physical return slip to me in the mail as they won’t let you print out return slips at the post office. I then contacted them MANY times again for an update as they had the returned trap for over two weeks and were ignoring my emails. Absolutely disgraceful company. I had to get a third party involved to issue the refund and Pet and Farm STILL didn’t respond. So much time and energy wasted.

called the armidale store and asked for a quote
drove to the address on the long swamp road there is no numbers nor sign posted never located the store nor shed
called again the store manager stated he would email an invoice
never received
drove to another supplier and retrieved the item for an elderly disabled lady
not happy with management at all
poor management skills
