I entered this store on a busy Saturday, Nov 11, on the lookout for a field torch. I caught the eye of a friendly staff member who was momentarily free. He immediately approached, listened, and advised the feature s and benefits of each model available. The customer service was excellent. I wandered the shop, browsing much more after that encounter. I checked pricing elsewhere and received a price match. If you are looking for excellent customer service and product range, I can honestly recommend Wild Earth at Burlleigh AAA+++

Only place on the coast that sells Vibram Five Finger shoes you can try on, really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have a new customer for all my barefoot and hiking,camping needs! Cheers guys! 5 Stars!

Great shop and customer service, I had an issue with a Black Wolf tent that after 2 years the poles broke. It had 3 year warranty and I sent an Email with all the details, they replied back to me in less than a day with solutions. I’m located in Sydney so they sent me a ticket to send it back to Gold Coast without additional cost and gave me a full store credit for the price of the tent. Everything was smooth, great people to deal with, I’m definitely buying more stuff from them and also recommend them for any outdoor quality gear you need.

Bought on their Ebay store, but wrong size so took back to Brisbane store. Spoke to Ben and he sorted the refund and exchange quickly with no fuss at all. Very happy with the service and product. Thanks also to Mia from their online service. Cheers guys

The staff here were awesome as always. As someone who started hiking not that long ago and made a bunch of mistakes buying /taking / hiking with the wrong gear, the expertise of the staff was invaluable. Sam in particular was a brilliant help, knew his stuff to the T.

Gracie and I drove down from Brisbane to purchase snow and hiking gear and we didn’t know really where to start. We were approached by Em and Em was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge and expertise was absolutely impeccable. Em exemplifies the standard of customer service and our experience in the shop was so wholesome we ended up staying for 3 hours. Em went above and beyond for us and went through every intricate detail, to provide the best possible experience for us. We could not recommend this store and Em enough, if you need anything go and visit Em, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve only had excellent experiences with Wild Earth. I previously had purchased Sea to Summit camping gear at very competitive prices and with super fast delivery. Most recently, I purchased a running belt and a Salomon soft flask bottle. I had a fault with the Salomon bottle and Wild Earth were extremely responsive and helpful. They really went above and beyond to help me sort this out in a way that worked for me and I am really grateful.

Shopped here a few times online and everything comes so quickly! Except for one time where a technical error on their website meant that a product wasn’t going to make it on time for my trip, so Mia literally went and tracked down another item and put it in the overnight freight while on the phone to me to make sure I could carry on with my plans. Owned their mistake and remedied it in the best way. Can recommend.
