Fantastic Furniture Warehouse

We went looking for a new couch. I've purchased from there before and was really happy with my choice. The staff were so helpful. Checking if help needed but not annoying while we sat on all the couches. Great shopping experience. Will definitely purchase from them again.

The staff were Amazing , helpful an friendly . Making it easier an a great experience to purchase an look at such a variety of household items . Tha store has easy access an good parking . I would recommend to all .

I had a great experience buying from this store twice i went back for furniture we found incredibly good value but more than anything the service provided by Arnaldo and Bradley was five star, both went out of their way to give me their 100% attention and info, very professional. Nice and easy. Ordered a mattress online for click & collect. Was ready the next day for pick up. I did phone and check it was in stock.

Service was great from the moment we stepped in store. Although when our sofa was delivered one part was faulty. The contact, instructions and replacement was well organised and kept us informed.
Delivery drivers also a pleasure to meet. Would shop here again!

Very impressed with service and staff at Burleigh, i dealt with Arnaldo. I bought 2 Jenna chairs which look great and are really comfy. I also bought 4 dining chairs which didn't go with the table I already had. No problem, returned for a full refund. Wonderful. Thanks guys!

really good staff, they said hello to me and asked if i needed help. second time in to buy furniture . def know what they are on about. good delivery time too. dealing with rude customers must be tough as when i was in there this was happening. customer had a hard time understanding the delivery times. They dealt with it amazing and that customer ended up buying something .. i think the whole store heard that customer which i thought was discusting.As for me i def recommend this store , and will continue to buy furniture from there.

Julie was absolutely incredible. It's very hard to find places with good customer service these days and Julie was beyond wonderful.
A warehouse member had injured their arm and her politeness towards the matter and trying to help customers as best as she could during the delay was fantastic. I was sad to see a customer be so agressive and impatient towards Julie during the delay but Julie did nothing but try and help the lady as best as she could. Wonderful employee!

Theres something about going instore. Went online and saw the sofa I wanted and decided to check out in person before buying. Ended up making a different sofa selection and got to see other stock up close too! Staff are helpful and know their business ...

Staff were helpful and friendly. They had what I wanted as their website showed stock at that store. Over all a good experience, I felt looked after.

Got a beautiful teal lounge, had drama with it but it was satisfactorily replaced with one off the floor as it was the last one to my relief as you will not find one that colour and comfort, have a large and small plus ottoman, love it.
