Luca and Greg were unbelievable- my two boys had done their research on RC cars and Luca and Greg were great in answering all of their questions, clarifying any concerns and providing great advice. It was great to be able to buy from a local shop and know that we will be able to go back for servicing and questions

Great little hobbie shop, really well stocked for a small store. Friendly staff which is always a bonus. Located near the bottom of the driveway, so don't expect to see it from the road, just drive down the driveway.

I'm getting back into RC cars after a 10+ year hiatus. Things have changed alot! I did some research online, then went and visited the guys at Techtonic and learnt so much more than I could have expected (these guys know their stuff!). They sorted me out with everything I needed, and at a good price. I highly recommend and thank them for all their help and advise.

Being a beginner scale modeller; I found Luca was extremely helpful with tips, recommendations and great customer service.
Shop had an extensive variety of scale model kits and plenty of weathering stuff and things for painting/tools. As I live in Cairns without any hobby stores; I’ll definitely be making stops to Techtonic Hobbies anytime I’m in the Sunshine Coast. Thank you :)

While I was surprised to get referred to visit Techtonic Hobbies by another local hobby(toy) shop, it made sense when I stepped inside. A true RC specialist, with all the right products, I got lost in myself except Greg(my new best friend) showed me what was available but guided me to what I actually needed for my latest upgrades. Came in for a durable but inexpensive RC buggy was shown the hyper go brushless and have had an absolute ball with it. Very happy with services provided and will be back very soon to purchase some parts 😆👍🏻

I went in today Greg was the nicest guy and extremely honest. They have a wide variety of products and Greg is a wealth of knowledge with nitro cars and anything rc related really. I’ll definitely be back again very soon

By far the best place to go for rc parts and service on the Sunshine Coast.
Greg always has a massive range of stock to suit all rc needs and if he doesn't have it hes more than happy to order it in.

Techtonic Hobbies is the store we needed on the coast. Greg is friendly and willing to assist in any way he can. He's got a good range and provides a great service.

Awesome little hobby shop with a lot of supplies and good advice. Hard to find on first visit but worth the visit.

Great shop and Owners are friendly and helpful.
There is a whole bunch of spares for your RCs to choose from or a new RC just waiting to be chosen and taken home.
Gardening can be fun with some of the construction RCs , hit the race track with an SCT or buggy or a nice bush-walk with a trail truck or crawler.
But if you like your models a bit more static there’s a good selection of model kits to chose from as well. (Tigers anyone seriously you want to take home a Tiger or Sturm Tiger )
Need paints well there is good selection to choose from be it acrylic or paint for your next custom polycarbonate RC body.
Highly recommend a visit.
