Been Shopping at UMART since their first Milton Store. Now Living on the Sunshine Coast and the team at the Maroochydore store are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are always sharp and if you find it cheaper elsewhere UMART will more than likely match it if you ask.

The guys at Umart Maroochydore are the friendliest and most helpful IT guys I've met. My son bought computer parts from them and we put together his computer, except we didn't know how to get the inbuilt fans working. Took the computer back them on Sunday and they guys in the store we more than happy to help show us where to hook up the fans.

There is simply no better place to spend your money with the knowledge that you will receive exemplary service and genuine advice. After a horrible experience with another online outlet, it was incredibly refreshing to deal with the professionals and just nice people at this store. My favourable impression of these guys is only compounded by having a similar experience with them previously where again their assistance was top-tier. My only regret is that I can't name the gentleman who assisted me, as in both instances it was the same guy. Helping me upgrade my GPU by a whole series and only paying 50$ more than I originally had was the highlight of my week and I thank you!

I often order from their easy to navigate website but today I decided to click and collect from my local store, I was served by two lovely gentlemen who helped me get my parts. When ever I order online I receive the delivery next day and in amazing condition. I just wanted to thank you guys for making my introduction into pc building and electronics a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I went into the store at 5:15 it closes at 5:30 yet I was attended to very promptly by a young gentlemen very polite and well manured. "I know nothing of computers so you're aware." this employee continued to take his time go over plenty of information/details to find my desired keyboard and done an extremely good job to facilitate my requests with also guiding and helping me to choose the right one for my needs. Nothing but great service.
If he where one of my employees I would consider further management rolls as the man does a fenomanl job.
