Just want to say, Calamvale Fruit World absolutely rocks! Although I don’t get here as often as I would like to, I dig that their prices are always so much more affordable than the large supermarkets & oh so fresh! Prabh always remembers me & is always so helpful, thank you … if you’re looking for great produce at a great price infused with great service, then check ‘em out … you’ll be glad you did!

Met Sunny the owner in person today what a lovely gentleman, I would like to thank him & all his staff who try to fill our vegie needs to the best of their abilities & very helpful, do a meet & greet, how you shop makes the difference we are blessed with an array of good produce, love 96.5 playing in store, I'm a very happy customer. We’ve been coming here for several years now and since the change of ownership it’s not what it used to be! The customer service is rude, snotty and as if they’re better then anyone else. The woman are disrespectfully ignorant rude and as arrogant as they come. Can’t say we’ve ever received such cold and unpleasant service prior. The lady with long hair slim build at the service counter should find a different job. Working with the public is not suitable to her as well. Appalling.

All cashier staff very rude. Won’t look at you or serve you while they bag items for the shop. Line of customers but they make you wait while they do other things than serve you. So arrogant!

be wary at the counter. They intentionally put higher priced items on your bill. Happened multiple times. Looks like they've been gouging for quite some time. Punjabi;s bringing their A+ game to australia..... sheesh.

Very rude customer service. Extremely reluctant to help bag fruit/vege even though I bought heaps and the counter was too full for me to place more products. Was also juggling multiple kids. When asked to help multiple times, cashier proceeded to throw them in the bag squashing softer produce. Utterly disgusting and lazy attitude.
Prices also didn't match what was advertised.
Will not be returning.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this vegetable store the past few days. The staff were very, very unfriendly, they looked at me like I was a homeless person and they spoke very rudely. I think the problem is with the owner of this store. The staff never told customers how to treat them and just gave them poor quality fruits and vegetables. Because he seems like a person who only thinks about selling at a high price.

Staff speaking in punjabi. Being an india it is gfod to speak but they should realise there are other people coming for shopping.
I am indian but staff are as talking with other person and laughing looking at me. I believe they have put some comments on me and did some funny comment. Never vist this place again..Shame on staff. They should understand they are at working place and should not use other language and speak in english so other can understand that. Sham on this place

The staff at the counter is so rude and don’t know how to treat customers.literally she was throwing the stuff here n there . Really disappointed.

Horrible customer service, I purchased a watermelon it turned out to be rotten so we returened it. She was so rude about it, she proceeded to serve the customer behind me instead of returning my money. Making me wait when all she had to do was return the cash. The customer behind me even apologised for her actions. I probably would of come back because they did return the rotten watermelon. But because of poor customer service I rather take my business else where. We where purchasing the watermelon for a party now everyone knows what level of service you have. One’s actions can effect more, then what it seems on the surface.
