We had our Ikea wardrobes delivered by All Purpose Transport and they were quick, on time and very professional...
The reason for the 5 Stars is especially because of the delivery driver we had, he let us know when he was on his way and even though he had to carry our delivery up 3flights of stairs (and it also started raining heavy) he did it without complaining and with a smile on his face! He was friendly and professional and had a really happy upbeat personality which was great to be around...
So based on our experience we would highly recommend All Purpose Transport

This delivery service is brilliant. The delivery driver was friendly, professional and helpful. We were kept informed as to day and time, with a 30 minute courtesy call/text to confirm arrival.

We had a delivery from Ikea of the components for 4 wardrobes. 49 items. A lot of heavy boxes. Hossain was the driver. He is a marvel. His communication was excellent. He was friendly with a happy disposition and a hard worker. A 10 out of 10 and a credit to All Purpose Transport.

Fast delivery following a confirming phone call 30 minute prior to arrival. Driver was helpful and courteous. Great service all around. Recommended.

These guys worked together really well as a team and took all the stress out of delivering my IKEA items, which were large, bulky, and heavy. They provided the service with a smile in spite of having to carry my delivery up six flights of stairs, in a confined space, on a warm day. I highly recommend them, and can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

I got a delivery from IKEA. They use this service. The driver called 30 min ahead to make sure I was home. He was well mannered, well presented and very careful with my belongings

First time I have had delivery from IKEA. Delivery was very fast (ordered late Thursday evening) and arrived within the specified timeframe on Saturday. Driver was amazing, he unloaded the boxes directly into my garage. Great customer experience, very happy with the service received.

The delivery people were really nice and friendly even offering to carry the package all the way to my apartment door. They gave me a call to let me know how far out they were which helped me plan out the rest of my day. I was able to make plans in the afternoon because they were so punctual. And my package was in perfect condition on arrival.

Great job unpacked and assembled my lounge had everything sorted and tidy in no time at all well done

Very human office and driver.
I called to get an idea of the delivery time - having been given just which day.
The service desk told me where the driver was and we worked out a much finer window for delivery.
The driver himself rang as he was getting closer and we discussed the reality of that time.
That gave me the freedom to work around a definite when planning my day.
The driver arrived and was lovely and chatty.
I tried to help with the 11 heavy pieces but he assured me he had it covered.
Everything was placed so neatly and blocking no access… despite my suggestion that he just ‘pile it up in there and I’ll work it out later.’

I had a mattress delivered and the old one removed and my experience with All Purpose Transport couldn’t have been better. From the friendly and obliging office staff to the drivers who delivered the mattress. They were friendly and professional and the communication re the status of my delivery was excellent.
