Great chill out feed and coffee

Went into McDonald's Marsden the other day, I was served by an extremely polite server in Delivery Layah, although the order was elaborate and items were missing her smile and prompt customer service to ensure we got our correct orders brightened our days. I see majority of negative reviews on here are regarding the service provided by the staff. 5 stars to Layah you don’t receive customer service like that anymore.

i go every now and again when can afford t ospend for my large family, usually get at least 2 things wrong in order as it will be big order, so i make sure to get an extra meal to take up the missing spaces of the errors.

I pop in usually on mondays as I'm driving back home from indoor bowls. Great Maccas!

I come here very often. Usually all i order is a Hot Chocolate. But it's always made just right. I will admit that on occasion the hot chocolate isn't mixed well and the chocolate is all on the bottom, but alert the staff and they fix it straight away. That is why i rate it 5 stars. They may make some mistakes, but they fix them with a smile.

I went again today. Droive through was a bit busy, but nonetheless I was seen quickly and left with my food within a reasonable time. Very happy with the service. 10/10.

Always great food never over cooked chips

One of the best coffees I've had in awhile!

Stopped in for a cold drink on a hot day, it's.. McDonald's as usual. The reason I am giving this one a review and five stars is this..: I am a Disability Support Worker not that I was on shift or know this individual. But it was good to see the staff take their time and greet this obvious regular customer by name and with a smile, and chat all whilst continuing to work and not trying to divert the conversation or ignore them. Equality forward it's rare to see. Props to this team - Good turns should go noticed.

Great food great service and great location. Can't get much better than that. And really when you walk inside the staff are really nice. And the restaurant is always clean when I come in. I love taking my nephews here. They ask me every Thursday and every Thursday we either go through drive thru or we walk in. Most times we arrive there it isn't too busy that we still get our meals hot.!!

Very pleased with the hinterland staff and service. Food was amazing. We booked a table for 15 at the last minute and they made it a very enjoyable evening. Would highly recommend, keep up the great work and we will be back in the future.

Fast food is their business, fast service is always provided, quality of service also.
These guys cater for our Daughter with allergies to Synthetic products, never had a problem with the store going out of their way to provide for our Daughter

I just ordered from here using the uber eats app. I ordered 2 sundaes, and when the food was delivered I had a note saying that there was no ice cream available so my order was refunded AND they provided me with cheesecake instead. You guys are awesome, thankyou so much! Great service.

Delicious and didn't have to wait longer then a minute for my order to be complete. The chips where perfect. Just waiting on uber eats to reach Logan reserve how ever is the downfall I have.

It is so convenient for me because it is only a 3 minute walk from my apartment! It is fantabulous that it is open 24 hours so that means I can indulge in their ever-famous brekkie meals as soon as I get paid, wooot!

Marsden Mcdonalds takes pride in their cleanliness and customer service. They always try their best to clean whatever they can, when ever they can, which includes emptying their bins, cleaning the dining room and the front counters. If something is wrong with your food, they always make up for it by either replacing it, giving out free food or upgrading it for the inconvenience. One time in drive thru, I ordered a medium Cheeseburger meal and they upgraded my fries to a Large because they didn't want me to wait long for my fries, also it was rush hour at the time.

Great spot for lunch. Bring own knife as the wooden cutlery doesn't cut it. Just don't lunge at anyone or they'll shoot ya

The drive thru was full but service was quick and food was good. Lovely service, staff serving with a smile.
