Have attended this location on a regular location lately. Team are attentive to keeping the dining area clean, regularly see bins get emptied. Store has had renovations and are keep clean. Drive Thu moves quickly (on the occasions used). Now for the best parts.... only store this year to always give me napkins (and in good supply too, not just a single half scrunch one that I get if lucky anywhere else). I'm am yet to have any of my burgers be slapped together (all other locations it seems to be the goal to have minimal lettuce and be lucky to have half the filling on the bun) it's a pleasure to have a meal that team clearly take pride in serving. Full serve of fries every time ( have you ever looked at ur fries and had them half fill, well not a park ridge). Team are friendly and service with a smile. Form my observation management speak to the team with positive and supportive leadership, they show respect to each other. Well done guys!! others stores could do with some training form your team, just a page or too would be great !!

My Server Angelina was very fast and sufficient. my hot cakes got delivered in 30 seconds and it’s the first time i’ve never been put into the waiting bay. go angelina! this beautiful girl deserves a shout out!!! what’s her email, i would like to contact her personally and give her a special thanks !😇

I've been here a few times, and I'm rarely dissatisfied. Food is good quality, and the service is fast. Toilets are clean. dining room is also clean. Though, the staff aren't perfect, however, they do a good job.

If you're driving past, come in for a bite. You won't regret it.

Selfserve machine had an issue but the awesome staff were quick to sort our order. Service was quick and the burgers 🍔 delicious. 1st time ever the burgers actually looked same as the yummy ones you only see in ads .. super impressed!

finished a long day at work and didn’t eat all day, came in expecting a average meal. And the late night crew shefs proved me wrong! Greatest macas burger I have ever tasted I had to ask who made it, whoever is Kevin and jack are amazing!!! Great customer service keep up the great work.

Plenty of parking, can be a busy spot at times so be careful when entering/exiting the restaurant.

Interior was fine the last time we dropped in, though a certain furry intruder found its way in 🤣

Drive thru looks better than some other Macca's, even my wife commented on it, though there's only one place to park if you need to wait for your order.

Went through the drive through yesterday and noticed the girl who I paid to had battle scars 😔💔.. so to her.. you're beautiful and I hope things get better .. i cried when I drove out knowing that the reviews below only justify the bare minimum of what they deal with daily while doing their best as humans.. they've gone above and beyond when I order doordash by physically highlighting item by item when I order from there through delivery ...but also review below imagine calling someone lazy for not being able to deliver to your door 🤣

Pretty good, always clean, staff are lovely, aaaaaannnndddd when you ask for pickles.. They ask if you want pickles or PICKLES. They do NOT disappoint! Legit had a layer of pickles! Sooooo goooodd, staff couldn't take my tip either :( pretty sad, she said she would have had to put it in the till, which is 100000% not fair. If I want to tip staff of any workplace, I expect it to go to that staff member, hopefully that can be fixed. I like to acknowledge customer service, especially since I've worked hard in hospitality/customer serive too. Appreciation can boost work ethic.

Staff are a lot more focused on times and speed then being nice but aye, they're doing their best and at least i got my food fast. No need to critique them really.

Even when it is really busy, the team here always make sure that the customers are put first and they keep the food that they​ serve fresh and tasty.
Occasionally the wait to get your food after ordering is a bit more than we like, but I cannot fault the politeness and helpfulness of the staff.

A lovely girl named Chloe not sure of her last name but blonde her was very kind she deserves a raise

In the last few years, McDonalds has changed many things in order to remain popular. The latest additions are the self-ordering system and delivering to the table. At first, I was a bit sceptical. However, these changes remove two things that used to be annoying. In the past, you had to wait to order and also had to wait for your order. Both could take several minutes. Also, the self-ordering system is efficient and also lists things you might not normally notice on the menu. You do not have to rush when ordering. It is harder to make a mistake. Overall, the changes have made it more like a normal restaurant. If you do not like McDonalds food, then it is mostly the same. You can order more advanced things that are actually better than average. I know they are trying hard to improve and I agree that things are getting better.

The young lady Megan in drive Thru was very efficient and polite with my order and she was very accurate with my order, the food was ok but, drive thru service was excellent... would recommend and a returning customer.

This is the only McDonalds that I have been to that consistently makes their burger the same way every time. If there was a Michelin star for McDonalds it should be awarded here.

There was a very bubbly young girl that was extremely eager to serve me. Although I let her know was waiting for my daughter to arrive, she returned to ask me 4 times if she could help me (could have been a goldfish thing, but all the same a very lovely young lady)

Beautiful friendly staff

Good freash food. Nice clean eating area. Well dressed staff. Good service. Well priced. Good timing and no long waites. Chips are fresh, hot and yummy. Bread was freash. Good serving of chesse. Ham burger where freash and Nicely laid into the bread. Salad was crisp and freshly cut. Great selection of sauses on offer as well as salt n pepper that is always a winner in any trip with the kids. Over all look was well done and layout was even allowing a great lunch burger to be enjoyed as you can be the designer of your own burger. Enjoyed with a hot chips, coke and a great smile with my service. Very happy and will br returning
