Thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail, workmanship and communication throughout the whole installation process. My husband is a sparky and did quite a bit of research to find the best company for the job, we’re so very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

Juan Vezzaro is the man to see in Sydney for honest advice for solar installs and his company PowerSmart did a perfect job installing our panels and inverter for our solar system.

We had Michael and Nick out to install our solar on Friday, and have to say that they were absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was seriously appreciated. It was a tricky job, to say the least, but they didn’t so much as bat an eye…. We decided we were not gonna go with solar and then we met Banksia. She was incredibly informative helpful and friendly her communication skills were excellent and very clear. We couldn’t believe it when at the end of her visit we were all signed up and we are very happy with our decision. Mike and Cory installed our system. They were on time, very professional and answered all of our questions in a friendly manner. The consultation process with PowerSmart Solutions was very informative, they covered all aspects of getting Solar, and were overall very thorough.
The installation day went smoothly, Josh and Matt were on time and were very respectful - especially with the cat/dogs inside the house. Once the installation was complete they explained how the switchboards worked and how everything linked up.

We have been looking for the best solar panel provider the past year , and to be honest it has been overwhelming as it was a case of too little or too much information out there . Until I called power smart and met Harold who came in prepared and explained in great detail how everything can come together for us , we were that impressed that we went ahead on first appointment ! There was great communication from all areas of their team up to the installation day . Nick and Jacob were prompt and professional , they knew what they were doing and finished the job in no time. I had an awesome experience with PowerSmart Solutions. The initial consultant Aiden explained their product really well and after I checked with other companies and speaking with him further I was comfortable to move forward. I also got a veteran discount so please ask for one of your a veteran & don’t be afraid to see if they can provide a better deal. The staff in their call centre we also very friendly and they ended up getting the system installed a week earlier. I had the installers Mike & Pete arrive on time and they introduced themselves and they explained what they needed to do and due to the pitch of the roof they did change the position of some panels after having that discussion with me. They informed me when they were going to come in & out of the house and when they needed to turn the power off at the meter box. At the end they explained the system to me & gave me all the required instructions & paperwork and left everything cleaned up before they left. I will do another review after I have had the system for 3 months, but thus far I am very impressed with everyone in the company that I have dealt with & also with the product.

Jono and Pete did a fabulous job installing the system. Great communicators and quick thinkers as we encountered some issues regarding the placement of the control unit. Super happy with their work and excited for the system to be up and running.

From the initial quote to installation the process was seamless. The admin staff were prompt and very organised in regards to the booking and installation of the solar system. The installers were very polite and did a fantastic job. Having my own small business that requires dealing with customers, I understand the effort that goes into keeping the customer happy, and having reliable, capable and respectable staff. The whole experience was 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend PowerSmart Solutions.

I was pretty cynical when I first signed up for Solar with Powersmart have had some very ordinary experiences with a range of tradies … however we were pleasantly surprised by the Powersmart team from salesman Jay Sheppard through all other aspects of the installation…promises kept, prompt and courteous, Jonno and Pete did a great job on the physical installation….can’t fault the company at any stage of the process … a little less cynical now? Extremely happy with the installation of our Solar Panels by Josh & Zar from PowerSmart Solutions. Friendly & professional and kept us informed about the different stages throughout the day. They were punctual and tidied up after themselves as they went & asked to make slight changes to original plan when they discovered it would be more beneficial for our supply.
