JB Hi-Fi Chadstone Shopping Centre

JB Hi-Fi at Chadstone Shopping centre is one of the best JB Hi-Fi stores in Victoria. A great selection of products to browse and shop from.
It was a bit dissapointing that an item we saw fro $299 yesterday online, had gone up to $499 today...
The staff member that assisted us was very accommodating and helpful.
An overall great store for al your electronics and digital shopping.

Sadly they were out of stock for what I wanted, but the staff member was really helpful, gave good advice, and looked up stock availability at a very close nearby store. Really friendly and professional service. Thanks guys.

Went to shop at Chadston lower level store on 2/9 and I was served by Lina, she is super helpful and friendly, knowledgeable and did above and beyond to assist me with purchasing my new GoPro. Lina is the definition of good customer service. I generally go to other stores, but Lina made the difference and I highly recommend Chadstone store, thanks to Lina. 1000 point for her attitude and customer service. Thank you Lina, you are number one! 😀

There’s not too much to say about JB in terms of quality because they all stock the same products, however I’m always impressed that I can actually find a staff member and that they are so helpful. Well done team

I came to see JB HiFi Mobile Team at their Chadstone store, regarding Telstra (Boost) mobile service issues and to port my number.Telstra refused to assist me, without appointment, whereas, JB HI-FI went long way to help and make my number active again.

In particularly, I would thank Jarrod ( Manager) who has excellent product knowledge, friendly but professional at the same time, and helped me resolve my issue.

JB always got the best deals, but I want to make this review more about customer service. We went to check out deals on iPhone. It was a pretty busy day just one day before Christmas. We were looking around for someone who would help us compare the deals and plans with a sim port as well. We heard this guy explaining the laptop details to another customer, and instantly realised that he is the one who will be able to assist us. This guy, Ollie, is just amazing, he explained all the plans in detail, helped us with sim port, compared other deals, and answered many questions we had with a lot of patience and friendliness. He assisted us with choosing the charger, cable, screen guard, back cover, and all the paperwork for the sim port. Throughout the time, Ollie was interested in the conversation with immense respect and guided us with every assistance we needed. Looking at his dedicated communication skills, even other customers were lining up close to seek assistance from him. There are a few, like Ollie we have come across in the last 7 years, who will go above and beyond to serve customers with a smiling face, interested conversations, and a respectful response! He made sure that we got the items we were looking for after many comparisons of the specifications. Ollie, you have definitely raised the bar for the customer service experience 👍

What a wonderful experience in store. The staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. I was almost greeted immediately upon entering the store.

Camera guy, a.k.a Finn, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped my partner and I purchasing our first camera and was happy to answer any questions we had.

The guy that helped my mate out with a Fitbit and me with my headphones the other day is extremely knowledgeable about all the products, good to talk to and great with customers. Guy deserves an award or something, I should of got his name to add to this review..

Came in here today on the hunt for a Spiderpunk figure, the staff are all so wonderful and happy to help. Even though in the end we were unsuccessful, I left totally satisfied that they had exhausted every possibility in the search. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable about their inventory and the store as a whole. I would 100% come back here before any other JB if I needed anything else, a flawless customer service experience from all involved.

This is my second purchase for multiple phone over multiple years. Bought a pro max 14 today. Was in and out in 15 minutes with screen protector fitted. Awesome service. Thanks krish
