Daiso Japan

If you like shopping at $2 variety stores and haven't been to Daiso, WHY NOT?. They have so much more than your normal store, such as socks for the bottom of your chair legs so they don't scratch the floor and Japanese snacks. Get there and be prepared to spend some money.

Best snaks 🤩 however I spend too much money on junk food every time I go there 😆

Think of this as your $2-type shop but for Japanese goodies. Prices are above $2 but things are very affordable. Get anything from candy-shaped erasers, to simple kitchenware, to Japanese drinks and snacks. Worth a browse. You never know what you'll find.

Daiso has a range of over 100,000 products, of which over 40 percent are imported goods, many of them from China.Many of their products are house hold items such as kitchenware and cleaning products. Daiso has locations in 25 countries and regions worldwide.
Daiso was originally opened first as a street vending shop dealing with 100 yen  products known as “Yano Shoten" by Hirotake Yano in 1972. He later founded Daiso in 1977.

I always love shopping here. Great quality everyday products in cute colours and same low price. They are always playing cheerful music, it is brightly lit and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a real pleasure shopping here. 🛍

most of the items are $2.80 and most have mark prices on it so it never hurts to look before assume it is $2.80. beside that many great things to be find here and decent great quality especially the things you are after. the service I had that day I was there was good.

I love Daiso. You can find all sorts of oddball items that are useful and eccentric. My partner loves pen and ink art. The range of things they have for this extraordinary. Lots of other stuff too. Have a browse. You'll love it!

Nice cheap stuff that is better than dollar shop

Daiso has some fabulous product at really good prices. When you can find a staff member they're generally quite helpful. Go in there knowing what you're after otherwise when it's busy it can be hard to navigate. Be careful though, @ $2.80 for a pack of pins, rubber bands and other small office supplies you can get swept up in the moment and find certain things can be purchased elsewhere cheaper.

Love this shop. The range is huge and the price is excellent. So much to choose from. You end up spending more than you intend.

What Daiso doesn't stock most likely isn't worth buying. This is the quintessential Japanese retail store selling everything from instant Ramen noodles to socks and everything in between. Most items are $2.80 unless marked otherwise and, in most cases, good quality.

Loved their Cherry Blossom clay pots. They look so pretty and cheaper compare to those normally sold at Asian grocery stores. I haven't used them though. Hopefully they won't crack after the first use🤞

I could waste a good hour in here just looking at tge crazy things from the asians. Nut tgey also have great things at fantastic prices. I now look here first. Would remend just a wonder round when you have time.

Such a big variety of goodies and things to help organise your home. very cute as well, makes you want to spend all your precious coin.

Large store with a big range, not just the $2.80 items of some others. Go in for one thing and come out with three or more. Lot's of useful items.
