I went into Kiki k Chadstone store yesterday to purchase a few of your great products using a gift card. There was a problem with my gift card but the lovely staff gave me the phone number of head office and an email address. The staff were patient and listened to my problem. I will definitely shopping here again.

I am a big fan of Kikki K and my favourite store would be Chadstone even though Fountain Gate would be closer to me but I'd rather go to Chadstone if I need a new planner. Probably because it is a bigger store so it is easier to find items here compared to smaller store like Fountain Gate. Staff was always friendly and pleasant.

I love Kikki.k it's so much fun and every year the diaries are more creative. For lovers of stationary this is a great stop.

Excellent customer service and very friendly helpful staff; Chadstone staff are much more customer service oriented as compared to some of the other Kikki stores like Fountain Gate & Southland.
