This sports shop can please and surprise! Sportswear, equipment, simulator for everyone for every taste! The service is wonderful!!!!
And again we are visitors to this wonderful store !!!! The whole family is in a great mood after talking with employees and after shopping!!!!

My wife and I came to
look at a FIT BIT. We were served by a lovely courteous young man called Kane and his service was impeccable. He not only showed us the product but also assisted us with looking at the colour that we chose by showing us the content of a box and walked us to the counter for payment. Absolute amazing service and much appreciated.

Just had a man help me at rebel sport chadstone (1:30pm on a Wednesday) with exchanging a pair of shoes - him and another team member who found the shoes were very helpful. Much appreciated!

The store is very busy and Steffany is showing us a really good customer service! Most people will just say all the stock we have is on the floor, but she is helping us check the stock at the back and also calling other stores to make sure they have the item. She also gave us some options to make sure we were happy with the purchase! Thank you again Steffany.

Very good customer service, make you feel welcome, trying a pair of shoes, staff quite helpful, shoes not suit us, we end up buying swim top there.

Young girl at the shoe section was exceptional with her service. Bought a pair of nike 270 for my daughter she helped us to order online n price matched with a sale too. 22/9 btw 11.30 n 12 noon.

Good experience overall, huge shoutout to one of the workers - Phillip, for providing exceptional customer service, even when the store is busy.

Definitely a brand champion for Rebel, and the type of person you want to greet you in-store. High-level knowledge of products, and a positive demeanour.

I had some issues with rebel’s online team (they wouldn’t change my click and collect order to be delivered and I was quarantined at home unable to pick up). I called this store to ask them to hold my order- the staff were so incredibly helpful. The guy I spoke to contacted their online team for me and was able to arrange delivery free of charge! He was so lovely and understanding, made my day :)

The shopping environment is very good. The clerk is professional and kind. It is recommended to add more clothes for children aged 10-14

Jono was so ridiculously helpful when I came in looking for a smart watch to track my fitness more. He was really friendly and personable despite me asking a bunch of questions. I really appreciated his advice and the fact I was encouraged to research my options to make sure it was the right product for me. He also gave quite in depth information about all the various products under different brands and even ran through the type of applications for each recommendation. 10/10 service!
