Great store after renovations. Convenient and easy access at Chadstone shopping centre. Easy shopping!

This Coles is big. It sells all kinds of products. They give discounts on products. Also they have their own products so it is more cheaper than the branded products. They have baskets and trolleys but you need to pay for the trolleys using $1 or $2 coins. The staffs are friendly and they help you find products if you ask them.

It is the biggesst supermarket in the southern hemisphere.Chadstone has reclaimed the title "Southern hemisphere's largest shopping centre" since 2009 and also "Australia's largest shopping centre" since 2007, thanks to regular development.

the trolley man, was absolutely lovely and helped us out when we were lost! Went out of his way to explain where we needed to go and the best way to get there, excellent customer service!

The staff at this branch are always attentive and very kind. The guys that bring the trolleys back into the shop are so great! Always go the extra mile to help me. One of them is Kush - thanks so much for assisting me on multiple occasions, especially when it was raining and I parked on the top level. Kush helped me load the shopping into the car and spared me from having to roll the trolley into the trollies return stack as if I'm a VIP client. And the Italian guys are great too!

Very friendly staff. Conveniently organised isles. Can navigate through isles seamlessly. Great deals too especially often half price. Comfortably situated in a corner of Chadstone the fashion capital

Large, spacious supermarket with a great variety of products. The fruit and veg is always fresh and the deli section is large and well stocked. It's clean, well lit and well laid out - super easy to find what you are looking for. If you are having trouble finding a product elsewhere chances are this store has it! Good international sectional also. Highly recommended!

You will never get cold in Coles coz everything here is price hot 😅

The staff at the front desk are always helpful to unlock a trolly for me. As well the staff that work in the deli are very kind. They deal with huge volumes of people and some are very challenging. The store should thank them for there continued patience and outstanding work performance.

Popped in to get some bread. There's a sign they can slice the bread. Waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to attend, then I asked one of the store person if he can help. He said he only cut bread a few times and not comfortable with the machine. Fair enough. After a bit of persuasion he decided to go and ask someone to come. Another 5 minutes past without anybody turning up. I left the shop and bought my bread at Bakers Delight. Should've go there first.

Wanted BBQ wipes the other day.
Saw a staff member who was in a hurry.
Asked him to just tell me where they are. I was happy to go by myself, but before I knew it, he walked towards it only to find out it wasn't there.
He said they might be in the BBQ section down aisle 4 and started to walk away. I thought he left me to fend for myself (which I didn't mind) but then as I stated for aisle 4 he was making his way towards me with the BBQ wipes. He also took me to where they were stocked, and showed me a range of other options, I could choose from. I thanked him and asked him his name and he sped away.
Probably to provide someone else with quality customer service.

Customer service by Darren and Margaret in the meat department was first class. My Coles online order was completely messed up, at a time I really don't need any angst, as I am preparing to go into hospital. I rang Coles Chadstone and my problem was resolved by Darren, with Margaret helping out in his absence. Cannot thank these two lovely people enough.

Wonderful hypermarket and fresh produce market chain. Reasonably priced goods. Look out for promotions. Every month they give out a free Coles cooking magazine. Must have if you're a burgeoning cook like myself.

Brilliant selection here. I just wish Lived a little closer to come here on the regs. When ever I go to chadsie I make sure I can grab some of the fruit and veg on my way out. [update] I've noticed some of my favourite baked treats are running short lately :(

Great range of products

I haven't been to Coles at Chadstone for over 12months and it really hasn't changed. I used to go there every week to do my weekly shop. I will probably start doing it again , but once a month. I now live in Pakenham, and last Tuesday it took me 1 3/4 hour to get there. I still miss chaddy.

I like the store,they have everything that you need for your groceries.

Love it in here! My go to supermarket when in Chadstone for sure. Self serve freezer is my fav, the mochi is so yum

I love Coles Chadstone, I have shopped here for 30 years and it's my favourite supermarket. They always have exactly what I need, their produce is lovely and fresh and their staff are friendly and helpful
