It was a nice relief during the busiest time of the year to receive excellent customer service from Emily , one of the salespeople at the Rebel sport store. From the start of one simple call to picking up the gift, Emily was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout entire interaction. Explained everything thoroughly and assisted me with all my queries.

Store manger Lana at Rebel sports Chadtone ( external ) is very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me and my son meet all sports needs. This is one the best Rebel sports stores in Melbourne. They have a lot of variety.

I visited Rebel Sport Chadstone to buy boxing gloves for my husband and the service was amazing. The guy that served me was great ( wish I remembered his name, he looked Eurasian and knew a lot about boxing) he knew exactly what I needed and when it wasn’t in stock he willingly checked other stores & offered alternatives. This kind of service is what builds loyal customers and I will definitely be back. Thank you & keep on shining!

Had called them for collecting an order and they were about to close. Kylie was kind enough to wait for me at the door and handover the order even though i might have been late by a minute or two (after scheduled closing time). Appreciate it.

Great place to shop at especially when you get a surprise visit from the Melbourne Storm captain himself Cameron Smith.

Went to look for a balanced bike for my toddler, they dont have one but I appreciate how friendly and accomodating the staff were, and even checked which Rebel shop has one, even they are closing in less than 30 minutes. 👍👍

Wonderful place to find absolutely anything for your sport field!!!! But a bit sad because I was promised by the store mgr that I would get his call in regards my $50 gift card from Rebel, that actually expired couple weeks before I visited that location and until now I didn't get any call 😞and he kept my $50 gift card.

Friendly service from Andy and his colleagues when purchasing my new futsal shoes. I had to go back a couple times due to sizing but they were more than accommodating with my exchange.

Compared to some of the service I received at the Bourke St Mall store, Chadstone Internal was a mile and half above. Plus they have a huge range of football/futsal boot stock comparatively! All the top range shoes.

They do appear a bit understaffed however during peak hour aka Thursday/Friday night. Had 1 staff member having to serve 5 customers at once in the football boot section.

Tyrell from this store is a shining example of what a customer service rep should be like. He followed up an enquiry for an elbow compression sleeve and was very pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond the call of duty to explain how the click and collect works and made my purchase easy and enjoyable.
