I took a client inside Kmart so he could purchase every kitchen Item he would need for his career to cook etc.
Staff were excellent and the layout of shelving was brilliant.

Still bamboozle me why kmarts everywhere have the paying point in the idle of the store and not at the front as it was when I managed Kmarts.

That isn't a negative to them.
If they wish for people to continue to steal, there choice.

So, today I witnessed a family being rude & saying vile things to the older lady worker at the door with the dark hair & glasses just for doing her job & checking their bags. Sorry i dont know her name) you handled that so well & props to you. Dealing with halfwits all day would be hard. You deserve a pay rise!

Delightful young man at the checkout and a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful with a query I had. Shop in general is not a place I frequent often as I dislike the central payment setup. Only two on checkouts on busy Saturday afternoon is not ideal. Five stars for the lad on checkout otherwise it would be three.

The 2 ladies that carried out my refunds were really helpful and informative in spite of my heat exhaustion and irritation refarding K mart online which delivered my order in drips and drabs that I didnt know what I had received and how much my order was. Both the ladies at the refund desk at around 4-5pm , stayed respectful , kind and understanding through my exasperation. Really appreciate it

Great variety of products, very helpful staff. Overall good shopping experience! The only recommendation that I could think of is that the stock management should be improved. I can always find something missing on the shelf but still actually available in their warehouse. And this issue is totally avoidable.

I like the shop. It's always quite organised and easy to find anything you're looking for...
However, on my last visit i was looking through the discount rack near the front door. I saw and opened pack of lollies sitting on a plastic tray. On the tray there was a price tag of $2. The lollies were normally $5. When i went to the self serve checkout, i scanned the lollies and was charged $5. I asked the assistant for help with that and was told that the price was $5. When i showed her the $2 price tag on the item, she said there was nothing she could do about that. I completed my purchases and then proceeded to the staff member standing by the front door. She told me the same thing. She said the item was $5 on the shelf. Now, the pack was opened and clearly there was lollies missing out of the pack and it was on the discount rack with a $2 price tag on it, why should i half to pay full price for an item that has been opened with some contents missing? Wouldn't it be more logical for me to buy an unopened and full pack if i was going to pay full price? Seriously???

had to stop in to pick up a few things the other day to help organise the house while unable to go out, you guys are doing a great job with helping towards social distancing. Also thank you to all the workers who are putting themselves out there to make sure i can still go shopping when needed

I came to the store to buy a specific set of books for my grandchildren and could not find the books I was looking for. A very helpful young lady from the service desk, went searching for me. Found the book, a trolley and returned. Very impressed by her efficiency and service. 😀😀

Greate to be in K Mart .....I can state that mostly I can bye all my needs including just about everything at Glendale. Not only that, you can get lots of books, lots of clothes, there are options, handbags, shoes and lots of many many other things. My favourite is that i can print my photos from my phone and have with frames.

Lovely helpful staff, gave me directions to another Kmart that had stock of an item I was wanting. Great buy in the pet section where I found a cat scratch pole for only $39, advertised online elsewhere online for $189.

Was surprised at the bargain price of an outside table : $9.00! Some shelving is empty, not sure why. Staff are nice.

Fabulous as always....to wander around Kmart...is always an adventure....even if you dont part with your cash....still great to have a browse....and the creative ideas are endless...when you imagine their wares in your home....they also offer the greatest clothing ...especially if you like to layer..hippy chick skater dresses....skinny jeans in every colour....i could go on....cheers...

Who doesn't love kmart?! Great range of products, plenty of helpful staff. The only negative is that there aren't many self serve checkouts and hence there can be quite a line waiting to check out your items.

Good place to visit for the weekend shopping for home essentials, clothes and accessories, camping and games and stationery. One stop shop for whatever is required at home. Quality of stuff is good for the price. You get what you pay for.
