First and last time purchasing from this store. Stopped by on the way to TKMaxx for my 3 year old to spend her pocket money. Bought 2 x LOL Surprise Dolls, waited until we got home to open. SURPRISE THEY'RE FAKE. Not invidually wrapped inside like a genuine surprise doll, both dolls are identical in each ball and just fake cheap china knock offs. The external wrapping even mimicks the genuine ones. How disappointing and upsetting for my little girl who knew instantly they weren't right. I have tried calling multiple times with no answer from the only number listed for all their stores locally.

My daughter was in store shopping this afternoon. She was in her school uniform but had left her bag outside. All she wanted to do was buy some Christmas decorations . As soon as she walked in she was followed and abused by a female staff member and accused of stealing. Constantly asked why she was in the shop. There were kids outside the shop screaming but not once did she tell them to stop. She just victimised my daughter for being in her school uniform. Thank goodness there was a lovely couple who stood up for my daughter telling this woman that my daughter had done no wrong. My daughter was beside herself and having a panic attack as she did no wrong and was being harassed by this staff member. Shame on you Hot Bargain, you have just lost another customer due to your poor service.

Will be contacting authorities to Hot bargain Glendale as my partner proved his innocence that be didn’t steal in your store full of racist staff. I’ve emailed Stockland Glendale the day it has happened and I will go further if they don’t take the pictures down! False information, we were shopping for my sons 1st birthday. In the arts n craft section we stayed in the longest, I don’t need to steal $2 beads I’m not desperate to steal we both have high paying job but who cares because the colour of our skin! Shameful.

What the hell is wrong with theses staff hanging up on a teenager screaming at her even when she proved she didn’t steal anything then they go and say you can’t leave you little thug and continued to call her fat and ugly and then called security wasting their time because she was innocent and the cameras proved that pull your heads in rudest staff in the world deserve to be be fired asap
