The service is outstanding! All members of the team were incredible and extremely helpful with any questions or problems that I was faced with. The team especially Briana always went went out of her way to ensure I was continuously informed and I was well looked after. This is the best pool shop with the best team I have ever delt with!

Their Driver caused a road accident. I called up to talk but was only met with rudeness and aggression. Simon cannot hold a conversation like an adult. I recommend you avoid dealing with them because if you have an issue at all, you are likely going to come up against a brick wall.

Poor customer service, poor communication.

Brought pool vacuum to the shop for repair. Was told will take 20 mins to fix it. He then served another 2 customers, answered multiple phone calls while kept me waiting.

It was understandable as he was the only one in shop. When i asked him if I should be served first, he replied nothing he could do and told me to come back afterwards. It ended up me waiting in shop for one hour then got told to come back later. Good job.

Also straight lies about prices of chlorinator cells without blinking eyes.

First negative review. Bought a whole set of machines from them, which are still under warranty. The staff insisted it’s due to our improper use while it’s actually not according to the manual which they should’ve given us in the first place. They required us to send the broken part to their shop and offered a “discounted” charge at $299. So we consulted to the manufacturer and another shop (who has dealt with the brand for 16 years). We contacted the manufacturer directly they come onsite and fix it for free. During the communication, the staff reckoned other shops knew nothing and presented an attitude on after sale service.

Very bad experience, very rude staff, have to buy product to get free water test, never had this with other pool shops. P.S Their products are very expensive. crazy! Twice that of other stores. never go again

Rude customer service and wants you to wait if u after something while serving other customers. Lack of knowledge and attitude problems. Would never go there again.

Poor customer service.
Will not visit again, not recommend to everyone.
