Whilst only a small account holder. The level of service I received when I ordered the wrong item was nothing short of outstanding. David the way you handled my request was one of the best examples of customer service I have encountered. As a previous retail manager I know a great employee when I deal with one. Even with the cost of delivery Skout is consistenly cheaper than Officeworks for exactly the same products - I always price check. Delivery from Qld to Melbourne is surprisingly fast. I ordered on Fri and received by order on Mon. I do most of our companies stationery orders from Skout now.

Prompt, friendly, helpful, uncomplicated, and priced competitively. This standard of great customer service is rarely seen these days. Couldn’t fault them. Wish we’d known about them sooner, but we’ll be taking our business to them for school supplies for next year.

I've been buying from Skout for over 6 years. No problems at all. Their communication is fantastic and the prices are great. The website is really easy to use and I love the little details such as the option to leave out the tax invoice from your order (thus saving a wasted piece of paper in my case)

Ordered out-of-stock products online over the weekend, they were posted by Tuesday and at my door by Wednesday morning! Fantastic turnover, efficient and easy. Online payment system needs a little work, only realised I could pay by PayPal after order processing. I made an order quite late in the afternoon and it was Express Posted that day, I could track it's progress to my address, in Tasmania - I was thrilled with the super fast delivery.
