Friendly Grocer Algester

The "friendly grocer" truly lives up to its name, particularly anytime that Joel is in the building. What a legend! His positive energy is contagious, and unwavering. He's a true customer service superstar.

Honestly, the whole team is a really good bunch of people - everyone is warm and friendly. I have not had a negative experience since I started coming to this shop 2ish years ago.

More broadly, I love that the shop is open till 10pm each night. That last hour of trade has gotten me out of a pickle SO MANY times.

So glad to have this shop as my local.

Friendly and polite service by staff, Well stocked and convenient

The store has a good range of produce, it also has a good variety drinks and other everyday items, the staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable, the staff are very good at handling customers with attitude and disrespectful behaviour.

Went shopping here at friendly grocery and most of the staff members are very friendly and nice towards customers. Affordable products and they have most of the product it needs day to day.

The shop has just been revamped and re-identified, which has resulted in more room and very easy shopping. The fruit and veg works well and the new pricing is great. Service is good. Staff should say gday more to customers, lest we make eye contact and ask for assistance. We love to be acknowledged and it takes nothing to do. The new sushi area is timely and the actual product is terrific. Customers for 15 years.

There are all kinds of daily necessities, not only affordable and value for money, most of the commodity prices are 10%_20% lower than large supermarkets. The attitude of the salespeople is amazing.

I really like this shop. I saw many staffs at IGA Algester, all staffs are very kind and helpful. Amazing! Prices are good and well stocked, god place to shop!

Always well stocked. Has meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, deli and even lotto tickets. Often has good specials on various items. Good variety for convenience shop. Staff always helpful.

I will say I enjoyed my experience there the staff were health full there were just a little things that I need to get and I asked forand they enable me to get the things I needed which was fantastic as differently to advising me there was something that met the same standard as a better price

Good variety, always clean and well stocked. Great that there is scratchies/lotto available too. Long opening hours are very handy.

It's a good convenient store for the locals and passerby's
