Great prices, great service

Very disappointed from my purchase!!!

About 2 months ago, I bought a black pants from the Bundoora branch, only after I wore it for the first time, I noticed that some parts of the pants had lint! I didn't wear it anymore and then I washed it in the washing machine! But it got worse and I don't want to wear it anymore!!

Yesterday I went to Bundoora for shopping again and I thought it's better to tell them what happened! after they heard my story, they called someone else and they asked me lot of questions about how I washed my pants, what temperature was it and... it's really ridiculous! I know how to wash my pants and I have other pants from different brands without any issues!

I am really unhappy with my purchase!! Seller kept telling me that "I have this pants for myself and it’s very good and of high quality!!"

I even had plan to buy more t-shirts but after this happen I decided to stop buying from them and say good bye when after lot's of questions they said we are sorry but we can't do anything for you!!!

I though it's a professional brand!!

Don't buy anymore from this brand and don't recommend them to anyone!
