Coles Uni Hill

One of the better Coles stores in the area. Clean, spacious and most staff actually seem happy to be there. Coles Greensborough management need to pay a visit to this place.

Was very impressed with employee Sophie's customer service this Monday evening. Attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to help us today. Even packed our trolley! 5 stars

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Coles Uni Hill today, with a special mention to staff member Desiree who was efficient, friendly and incredibly competent in resolving an issue with item that scanned at the wrong price. Desiree also assisted me in sorting out an issue that I was having with my credit card payment. Desiree is a star employee and a credit to the staff at Coles! Thank you so much Desiree!!

I went to here today to get a 24 pack of coke. Due to pain in my back I'm not able to lift heavy things, so I went to front desk and asked for help.Both staff members who assisted me were really helpful. The box was bought out to me and Put into my trolley

Iam a frequent shopper at this store, it’s disappointing to see reviews of a middle aged man claiming his rude. He is one of the nicest and friendly staff member. I have personally seen him help people when needing extra help with their shopping or just needing help to find an item. I think he is judged to quickly as he does have a strong louder voice when he speaks but easily mistaken for been rude or yelling. Take the time to have a friendly chat with him and you will see he is actually a nice funny man. Always makes me smile and laugh when I shop there despite the day I could be having. Keep up the good work

Wife loves this place. No issues here. I do wish they had better bakery bread selections. The checkout ladies also are cute with little kids. Edit. It's now 2020 and the fresh bread selection is great! So much better than woolies.
