Bundoora Liquorland is one of the best stores I have been in regarding customer service, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The lady who's name I believe was Rowena went above and beyond helping me to choose the correct gift for an upcoming event. Service with a smile is an understatement. It did take some time but she was customer focused, knowledgeable and above all very patient with me In helping me choose the right gift. 100% customer satisfaction and would highly recommend her and this store.

Had a transaction issue. Wow the manager was awesome. Very very helpful
