it was so refreshing to walk into a sports store and be acknowledeged and taken care of. Given good service and great suggestions on a combination of clothes. Full credit to Shabna and Geoff who were great at bouncing ideas off each other and offering some great stock at hand. 30 minutes prior, l had walked into Asics, New Balance, Fila Outlet and Adidas. No eye contact, let alone a greeting, if they only knew how much money l had to spend ? We customers don't like being treated like 'ghosts'.Puma, in business, obviously chooses well to build a team and trains staff with product knowledge and Shabna and Geoff are testament to that.You'll always remember a friendly face.
