A big thank you to the Manager from Brookvale and staff on the weekend. I have never really been into an art supply shop. But wanted to learn sketching. They were so helpful and generous with their time. I was given the right supplies (charcoals and drawing pads). I was sold exactly what I needed and no hard sell. Very professional and they have EVERYTHING anyone could need for creating several art mediums.

Phoned ahead to check what I needed was in stock and the staff member was very helpful. Without prompting she said she would put it aside for me. I thought the staff may be intimidating but they were both were very knowledgeable and helpful. No question was to dumb.

Staff is helpful and has good knowledge about their products. Bought glue pen that looks like a ballpoint pen, s ave my life with all the hassle.
