I absolutely love everything about this company! I made an order a couple of weeks ago but i had a small issue. Not only did Muscle Republic email me apologizing, but they also partially refunded my order and i got to gift the clothes to my friend. I wasn't asking for anything, this company reached out to make sure i had a satisfactory experience and i love that. Thankyou for being so lovely Cara!!!

Customer service is second to none! Orders are always packed efficiently, with thoughtful touches, and team member are extremely responsive. I sent a message wanting to add an extra item to my order and received a response within minutes, happily obliging to this request. They even gave me the discount I used on the original order! This is all besides the fact that I’m always being asked where my kit is from, which speaks to amazing it looks! Couldn’t recommend enough x

Amazing customer service!! Emailed the customer service team this morning, a Saturday, regarding a missing item in my delivery, and Cara responded only a short time later apologising and advising that she has already arranged for the missing item to be posted! Not even a question or hesitation, trusted my honesty and sorted it very quickly!

By far my favourite active wear brand. I have been wearing MR for so many years and I LOVE the styles and how they fit on me. No other brands compare. I'm only 5"2 and their mini shorts are perfect for us shorties. Also their customer service team are always so helpful when I need to make any exchanges.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Cara and the rest of the team. Despite an issue with the shipping company losing my order, Cara has given me the best customer service experience I have ever had, going above and beyond to resolve this in a timely manner! I anticipated a prolonged exchange of emails, but her responsiveness and genuine concern for my satisfaction were evident throughout. Will definitely be purchasing again! The products are exceptional quality, true to size, great feel, great fit! Legitimately cannot express enough how much I love the gear.

Cannot recommend this brand enough! Not only are the quality of their products amazing, quick to arrive and fit perfectly, but their customer service is incredible. Nothing is ever a problem, they are fast to respond to any customer needs and go above and beyond to help you. I got sent a wrong product by mistake (these things happen sometimes) and Meghan was super helpful and just overall kind, which is sometimes hard to come by these days. I had the most amazing customer service expirience from Cara at Muscle Republic. I emailed querying a refund due to a faulty product (thread came loose after 1 wear). I emailed at some crazy hour on a Saturday night not expecting to hear anything for a few days being a long weekend however, to my surprise, I not only recieved a reply before 8am on sunday but also had a confirmation email to say my refund had been issued.
Her emails were super friendly and i appreciated the fact she took her time to help me over the weekend!

The best customer service ever! Meghan is an angel — the whole brand is. They are so helpful and understanding, professional but caring. This is the only place I buy my activewear now the outstanding quality of the product and customer service can be found no where else!

The girls at muscle republic were so lovely with change of mind returns, re setting this for me several times and replacing faulty which is unusual to happen but shows kindness goes a long way! Very happy with the brand. Most comfiest active wear and recieved so many compliments during pilates!

Great customer service!! I received a faulty item (which happens) and the resolution and communication from the team (in particular I was attended to by Meghan) was excellent and unlike other companies I have dealt with. As a result of their customer service, I will continue to shop with them and already placing my next order. Great company and will continue to support them.

Hands down the BEST customer service ever experienced! My parcel was drastically delayed in delivery due to being caught up in an Australia Post vehicle accident and I reached out to Muscle Republic just asking if I could possibly get extra time to return / exchange if I needed to do so with any items as I won’t get them for another few weeks. Was absolutely blown away by Meghan’s response when she came back telling me they’ve sent out another order for me to replace my delayed items. Would never have expected this in a million years and has 100% made Muscle Republic my favourite brand 🫶

The best activewear around. Comfortable, flattering and a great variety of collections with different material all designed for different workouts. Everything is also at a very reasonable price.
The customer service team is also absolutely amazing. You get a response by email in hours and the team always go out of their way to help! I somehow ended up with two of the same items in my cart and got charged for two (I only noticed when I was sent my order confirmation) so I emailed the MSRC team asking if they could change the order before posting it out to me. Meghan from the team responded within hours (on a Saturday) correcting my order and refunding me for the duplicate item. Seriously great customer service!!

I have shopped with muscle republic for the last couple of year and have loved every items I’ve bought (bras, shorts, tights and tops). I recently contacted the team to support me with an issue I had with regards to not being able to get a stain out 😂 They have been very supportive and replied to me very quickly. Found out today my local post office was broken into over night and my parcel from muscle republic was one of the many stolen items. After communicating with Aus post and them not caring very much I reached out for advice from muscle republic who sent a new order straight away. This was not what i was expecting at all but it absolutely made my day! Thank you Meghan from the customer service team for making this happen!!!
