I returned my brand new QLED TV as I was unhappy with the picture quality. The store accepted the return no questions asked allowing me to easily upgrade to a better OLED. Really happy with it and appreciate the good service. It's a shame though that they play demo's on the display TVs rather than just normal TV as it would give a better indication on what you are buying at the time.

Brookvale store is large so has great range on the floor. Prices are generally good but there are also bargains to be found especially when the sales are on. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, bonus.

JB you've done it again. Thank you for replacing my jabra headphones on the spot. They were 8mths old and you stood by your great service and replaced it straight away. Also I bought the extended warranty on a laptop that broke 2 months out of the manufacturer warranty. So glad I bought the extended warranty. at Jbhifi. I rang the number on the warranty card and they took care of postage to have it reviewed. They are replacing my laptop top too. I am one happy customer

I went to buy a laptop for myself. And one of the staff was very helpful. Her name was Binita. She filled me in with many information and different options with laptops and It was the best customer service experience I ever had with JB. Thank you.

I've had consistently positive interactions with staff here; practically every one of them seem to know and like what they're doing. The prices are okay, not a cut above every other store, but there is the secret advantage of being able to ask if they can do a better price than marked. It can feel a little awkward to do that, and may not work every time, or by a lot, but more often than not you really can save a few bucks this way, and that's pretty neat.
I'm not giving 5 stars because visiting here is a life-changing experience, but comparatively there isn't a whole lot I could ask for. Clean, wide variety of items, decent comparative prices (and slightly malleable!) with no complaints to make. Oorah.

Update: JB have agreed to honour the sale price and very appreciative of their ethical response. "Feel ripped off that the new TV I bought 2 days ago is now, 2 days later - $150 less without a heads up that the product would be on sale later in the week."
